A spacious air conditioned apartment with all home comforts. It is the ideal destination for a family seaside holiday. There is a large balcony plus a separate roof terrace overlooking the stunning private gardens and pools. 'Oasis Del Mar' is a beautiful first floor apartment (quieter because no-one is walking about or moving furniture above). Extremely well appointed and just 100 metres from the beach. The property benefits from 2 large swimming pools and a small “kiddies” pool. Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom with twin single beds. Separate family bathroom. Large lounge with dining area furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD/Video player and music centre. Patio doors lead to a large terrace with barbecue and dining area. There is a separate large roof terrace for sun bathing throughout the day, offering views of the pools, mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The fully fitted kitchen is perfect for self-catering holidays.

Mojacar consists of 2 distinct locations some 2 miles apart. This apartment is situated on the Playa (beach) which boasts 6 miles of uncluttered sandy beaches, dotted with beach bars, shops, restaurants, mini golf and children's' play areas. Set back from the beach front are residential properties and a few hotels, but strict local laws have managed to protect the coast against becoming a high rise concrete jungle like the surrounding Costas. Mojacar Pueblo (village) is an ancient village of sugar cube white buildings clinging to the side of a hill. It offers breathtaking views and tiny streets with markets, churches and shops galore. There is a fabulous Water Park just a short drive away. Two 18 hole golf courses are within 10 minutes drive - with a further four within 40 minutes, including the Internationally famous Desert Springs. Horse riding, cycle hire and quad bikes are available locally with a variety of water activities, including scuba diving, during the season.

We have been to Mojacar 4 times now and Oasis del Mar is the best location on the Playa. It is within very easy reach of the beaches, bars, restaurants and shops but is not at all noisy.

The apartment itself is very spacious and beautifully furnished. We particularly enjoyed dining on the balcony overlooking the gardens.
