This south facing, newly built, air conditioned apartment is located in an attractive complex with a communal pool and stunning sea & mountain views. The accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms (the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading to the balcony), bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge/dining room. The large balcony has stunning views of the sea and mountains. The beach, bars, restaurants and shops are only 400 metres away. Mojacar has a wonderful warm dry climate and is a relatively unspoilt low rise family resort offering a wide variety of activities and a taste of the real Spain.

The damage deposit will be refunded within two weeks of the end of your holiday assuming no damage has been done. A free welcome pack is provided in the apartment, tea, coffee etc. Special rates are available for long lets during the winter months.

Mojacar: Located in the south east corner of Spain, Mojacar has the driest and warmest climate in Europe with over 300 days of sunshine. A beautiful rugged coastline, miles of unspoilt beaches, crystal clear water and whitewashed mountain villages bring you the true taste of Spain.

Mojacar Village: A picturesque and enchanting village perched on the top of a hill overlooking the sea, typically Spanish with white houses, narrow streets and restaurants and bars with stunning views of the sea and mountains. There are many fine restaurants offering a variety of regional and international dishes to suit every taste and pocket. Local fishing villages provide a good opportunity to try freshly landed fish.

Activities in and around Mojacar: With a wonderful warm dry climate Mojacar offers a variety of things to do and see. Markets are held in Mojacar and the surrounding villages. There is water-park at Vera. The new golf complex of Marina de la Torre is only a few minutes drive away and three other golf courses, Val del Este, Desert Springs and Cotijo Grande are close by. Visit Mini Holywood where some of the Spaghetti Westerns were filmed. Granada and the Alhambra Palace are about a two hour drive away. Near to Granada there is winter skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

The apartment was excellent, could have some more cooking stuff in the kitchen. Magnificent view over the see and mountains. We liked Mojacar Playa because it was not as full and as touristic as the Costa del Sol. Mojacar pueblo is a nice village to have diner.
