The apartment is fully equipped and has a large sun terrace with patio furniture, shared pool & gardens. Satellite TV .Within a short walk of a great selection of shops, bars, beachbars and restaurants, this apartment offers an excellent location for your holiday in Mojacar. Laze by the pool or enjoy watersports on the beach.Mojacar boasts the best record in the whole of Spain for warm, dry weather. There is a local bus service near to the apartment servicing, Mojacar Village and Beach and the fishing port of Garrucha. If you hire a car, The Cabo de Gata Natural Park is not far and the 'Mini Hollywood' theme park near where the 'spaghetti' Westerns were made is a great days entertainment. Granada, an important city in the Moorish world is only 2.5 hours away with its Moorish palace of the Alhambra.

Mojácar is situated in Almeria in the south east of Spain and enjoys an excellent locationen: protected from behind by the Cabrera mountain range and overlooking the warm Mediterranean Sea. This southerly location, the proximity to the African continent and the high surrounding ranges all contribute to keeping any cloudy fronts away, while the warm Mediterranean assures Mojácar of an exceptional subtropical climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year. Temperatures are kind the year round, with an average of 21º Celsius. It's easy to see why this south-east corner of Spain has attracted travellers throughout the ages. One visit and you too will be captivated by its gentle pace of life and serene beauty. International flights arrive daily at Almeria Airport (1 hour away) and Alicante and Murcia Airports (both 2 hours away). There is an excellent road system and the historic city of Granada is only 3hours drive.

Beautiful, golden beaches, glorious coastlines and whitewashed mountain villages bring you the taste of real Spain. For golf lovers there are three golf course nearby with full hire facilities. Cortijo Grande, a challenging nine hole course surrounded by the Sierra Cabrera mountains, Golf Torre Marina, an 18 hole par 72 course with sea views and Desert Springs Golf par 72 which is the only desert course in Europe.

Whether it is sailing, fishing, bowling, tennis, golf or watersports that take your fancy or simply relaxing on an uncrowded beach soaking up the sun, you will find it all and more in and around Mojacar.

Travellers from the U.K., Northern & Southern Ireland should note that there are regular flights from Manchester, Gatwick, Stansted, Belfast, Dublin, Cork and Shannon into Almeria & Alicante Airport. Almeria airport is an hour to the south whilst Alicante Airport 2 hours drive north from Mojacar. Car hire starts from approx. €100 in low season rising to €122 in high season for a weeks hire.
