Built in 2001 this beautiful spacious apartment is located 150 metres from the sandy beach, promenade, shops and excellent restaurants. The apartment is well furnished and can cater for 6 people. The large well equipped living/dining room has patio doors onto a large sun terrace with retractable blinds which give shade from the mid day sun. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The main bedroom has a full sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and shower. This bedroom also has a patio door leading onto the terrace. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have full air conditioning. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, wash hand basin, bidet and toilet. The large sun terrace is 27sq metres and overlooks the Mediterranean and the swimming pool and is ideal for sunbathing. Towels are provided for use in apartment please bring beach/pool towels.

Notes to the rental rates

• While the rental rates indicate that minimum stay is for 1 week, if shorter periods are required please contact the advertiser.
  Booking deposit of Stg £100 required (non-refundable in the event of cancellation). Full rental to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday commencing. Access to apartment - no earlier than 3 pm on arrival date and departure no later than 12pm to accommodate cleaning of apartment for new guests arriving.
  Payment in Euro is accepted.We require a deposit cheque of Stg£100 with the booking and full rental 8 weeks prior to holiday commencing (balance at current rate of exchange.)
  Thursday flights to Almeria (approx 45 minutes from apartment) from Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast. Daily flights to Alicante and Murcia (approx 2 hours from apartment) from Stansted, Gatwick and Luton. There are also regular flights from Dublin to Almeria, Murcia and Alicante.
  Don't forget to take out travel insurance to cover medical expenses or theft.

Mojacar The jewel in the Spanish Crown.

Mojacar has the advantage of having both a town area (Pueblo) and a beach (Playa). The village is an historic 'White Village' built on top of a mountain. It is an ancient Moorish village with twisting cobbled streets, old arches and domed houses stacked one above the other and overlooks the sea. It is filled with superb restaurants, boutiques, charming squares and intimate bars. It is a wonderful place to explore before enjoying a meal in one of the many restaurants. Mojacar beach is unspoiled and has a beautiful promenade with good range of bars and quality restaurants along its length. The beach extends for 17kilometers with only 7 kilometres developed and has three European Blue Flag Awards.

Leisure activities

The range of leisure activities available in the Mojacar area is very extensive. With the long sandy beach -water sports feature large with canoeing, jet skiing, windsurfing, banana boat rides, scuba diving and snorkelling. Other activities include horse riding, quad bike hire, kite flying, tennis, micro lite and ultra lite flights. For the Golfer there are 4 courses within easy reach - Valle del Este, Desert Springs, Marina de Golf and Cortijo Grande. Within the Tabernas desert the Mini Hollywood Cowboy Town has featured in many westerns and is an interesting fun day out for the family with realistic shoot outs, Bank robberies, public 'hangings' and other aspects of cowboy life acted each day. In the near by district of Vera a fun filled day can be spent in the Aqua-park. For those with a need to shop, the Parque Commercial is a modern shopping centre situated at the junction from the Playa to the Pueblo. Local markets are held every day in one of the surrounding villages/towns.

Eating out

Mojacar and the surrounding area has a huge range of different types of restaurant. These range from excellent sea food restaurants to very popular steak houses. In high season it is advisable to make a reservation to avoid disappointment. The gastronomy delights are so varied that you could eat a different type of food each night. In addition to the restaurants there are a wide range of beach bars and cafes which often remain open until you leave.
