Within easy access of all amenities yet quiet and very relaxing, the apartment consists of a good size lounge/dining area complete with very comfortable furnishings including a double size sofa bed, comfy armchair dining table with 4 chairs, satellite TV and DVD and a selection of films, air conditioning, Hi-fi, power fan, heating, sideboard etc. Twin bedroom with built in wardrobe, air con, ceiling power fan. New modern bathroom with walk in 'wet zone' shower (completed Feb 2009). New, modern, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Our balcony has a dining area allowing you to enjoy a meal or a relaxing drink whilst enjoying the superb views of the sea and the large complex pool. Mature tropical trees and plants throughout the complex grounds provide an array of wonderful colours. A remote controlled gate allows access to the private car park. The beach is just across the road, a mere 50 metres away. An excellent central location. There are 2 poolside sun loungers for your use.

Mojacar Playa is a unique and unspoilt resort with no high rised developments. There are over 9 km of blue flag beaches caressing the Mediterranean sea. Spotted along the beach you will find the most delightful beach bars. Young or not so young, there is something for everyone here, families, couples and singles. The resort is overlooked to the rear by the Sierra Cabrerra mountains which forms almost a micro-climate. An average of 320 days of sunshine are enjoyed each year. Wonderful Summers and very mild Winters are one of the ingredients that make Mojacar so very special. Nestling above the Playa is the ancient Moorish town of Mojacar Pueblo, with it's whitewashed houses and winding cobbled streets hiding superb bars,restaurants and small unique shops. The town is steeped in history and the character of the whole resort is abundantly reflected by the locals most of which speak fluent English and will overwhelm you with their friendliness and hospitality.

We stayed in this apartment for 8 days in April. We had an excellent holiday and the apartment we found to be perfect.

The view from the balcony is great to wake up to each morning, and everything we needed was there. Loved the shower too!

Owner's Response: Our on-going objective is to continue making the apartment even more attractive and comfortable. The latest investment was a complete bathroom overhaul including a shower zone closed off by a secured glass block wall. It is proving very popular. Year on year we have an on-going increase in return holiday-makers.

We have just spent 6 nights in Tim,s appt. from initial enquiry the service has been superb.The appt is as described, the new shower is fantastic + the fridge/freezer met all our needs--v. important in the heat. The complex is great + v. quiet when we visited, the pool is warm!!Great situation on middle of playa--many restaurants + local bus stop outside a bonus.Will def. visit again + highly recommend. Mum Irene is close by + v. helpful--all you need on a holiday.

We had a really wonderful time during our stay in Mojacar. The apartment was exactly as detailed with great facilities and is really well situated with lovely pool and sea views. If you like walking it is also ideal, with fabulous routes along the coast and also into the mountains. The local transport is very regular and is enables you to explore further afield, if like us you don't want to hire a car!

Tim, the owner, was really helpful and answered any queries we had. We love Mojacar and have been every year for the past 5 years - this apartment made it the best holiday yet!! Thoroughly recommend.
