Perfect for both golfing holidays as well as family beach holidays, this tastefully furnished ground floor apartment is situated in the peaceful location of Marina de la Torre and is just a 10 mins walk from the beach. Nestled between the Spanish fishing village of Garrucha and Mojacar Playa, this fully equipped apartment has air conditioning/climate control and comfortably accommodates 6 people. The master bedroom has adjacent shower room with WC, and the two spacious twin bedded rooms have access to a large family bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit, WC and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The fully furnished lounge/diner contains a DVD/CD entertainment system with English Sky Satellite TV. Patio doors lead onto the balcony which has sea views. The complex has 2 swimming pools on site, both with children's pools. Bath towels and linen are provided and maid service can be arranged for an additional cost.

Marina de la Torre enjoys a quiet location 5km along the coastal road from the resort of Mojacar Playa, where a good selection of bars and restaurants can be found. 17 km of sandy beaches stretch along this coast and are regularly awarded the European Blue Flag for cleanliness. An unspoilt low key resort, Mojacar enjoys a hot and dry climate with warm weather starting before Easter and lasting well into November, making this a good off-season choice of holiday. The surrounding area is mountainous and desert-like with rugged unspoilt terrain and spectacular landscapes. The Spanish fishing town of Garrucha is 3km away from the apartment and boasts some great fish restaurants and a lovely promenade. Market day is very popular with locals and tourists alike. For golfing enthusiasts, the Marina de la Torre golf course is an enjoyable 18 hole, par 72 course. The famous Desert Springs is just a 20 mins drive away. Other courses on offer are the testing Valle del Este and Cortijo Grande.

Arrival and departure days can be negotiated to accommodate good low cost flight prices which tend to be for mid-week flights. Although rentals are primary based periods of 7 days or a week, 9,10 and 11 day rentals will be considered, depending on availability. Rentals of 5 days or less will be charged pro rata plus £25.00 to cover cleaning. You will be asked to complete a Rental Booking Form and the 'lead person' for the booking must be over 21. Your reservation is only secured upon receipt of a deposit which is a minimum of 20% of the value of the booking - this is non refundable. The balance must be paid six weeks before departure - a reminder will not be sent. In addition to the balance, a deposit of £100/140 euros will be required to cover damages or excessive electricity/heating/water bills - this deposit will be returned to you by cheque after completion of a satisfactory inspection, usually within 5 days of your departure.
