This apt has a spacious terrace, is centrally located & 5 minutes walk from the beach. Shops, restaurants & bars are all within walking distance. Mojacar village, a gorgeous, hilly, traditional Spanish village with white washed houses & incredible views is 2 miles away & accessible via the local bus which operates a regular schedule in both summer & winter. It is an ideal location if you don't wish to rent a car although car parking in the complex is plentiful. Amenities include diving, horse riding, golf, karting, walking & mountaineering. The apartment is on the second highest level which contributes to the great views. Yet, it can be accessed from the rear of the complex so that there is only one staircase to climb. It is 58 sq metres. Rental prices are kept low to ensure ongoing occupancy. Notes: There is a spacious dining living room area. The living room has a couch which seats three people and a dining table with four chairs. This means that there is total seating for seven people in the dining living area. Four chairs are also provided in the bedrooms and a further four chairs on the terrace. These chairs can be easily moved to the dining area if required. The terrace is spaious with great sea and mountain views. It has an outdoor table with four chairs and two sun loungers. Facilities are provided to dry clothes on the terrace. Sky and spanish satelliteTV is provided and has both english as well as spanish and other european tv channels - including children's TV channels. The living room and two bedrooms have an effective LG air conditioning system as well as fans.

The apartment has an English speaking agent who lives nearby. He will meet guests on arrival, give them the keys and do shopping for provisions which guests may require on arrival. There is a cost associated with any shopping which is paid directly to the agent. The agent will also rent cots, baby chairs and other items as required. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and is ideal for a quieter holiday.
As it is some distance to the to the main area of the resort i would recommend hiring a car from the airport as there does not appear to be any local car hire companies.

Although during the summer months the bus service is excellent and very cheap.
Due to the location of the apartment it would not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.

The owner provided excellent service and was in contact often by e mail and telephone.
I would recommend this apartment to a friend.

And can recommend The Irish Rover For A god meal And live entertainment.
Also The Rusty Nail for entertainment and a good pint of beer.
Both can be found on Mojacar Playa ten minutes away by bus or car.
Recommended for:  Romantic Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: Thanks for this review. I do enjoy emailing and talking to clients about Mojacar and have prepared notes for my visitors about the local restaurants, bars, drives, etc.
One thing though - Mojacar has a long beach. This apartment is virtually on the beach and is convenient to bars, banks, shops, beach bars and the lovely white moorish style local shopping centre (the Parque Commerciale). The bars at this end of the beach tend to be Spanish.
The client who gave this review clearly liked the far end of the beach which has more English run bars.
