It is an ideal location if you don't wish to rent a car although car parking in the complex is plentiful. Amenities include diving, horse riding, golf, karting, walking & mountaineering. The apartment is at the second highest level which contributes to the great views. Yet, it is designed so that you only have to climb one set of stairs when entering from the rear of complex. It is spotlessly clean and fitted with mosquito nets throughout. It is 58 sq metres (624 sq feet). Rental prices are kept low to ensure ongoing occupancy.
