North terrace overlooks 14th fairway and has uninterupted sea views; sun terrace south facing with sea and mountain views. Swimming pool, secure covered car parking space, gym and sauna. Mojacar has 7 kms of sandy beaches with over 3000 hours of annual sunshine. Less developed that the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca, the sea water is wondrously clear.

Within easy walking distance are four 4-star hotels, with their own evening entertainment, the Marina Golf club house and 30 bay driving range, tennis courts In addition to the 18-hole Marina Golf, there are 3 other golf courses within 15 minutes drive, including Desert Springs and Valle de L'Este.

Other points of interest are Mojacar village (5 minutes), the Water Park at Vera (10 minutes), Mini Hollywood, where they made the spaghetti westerns (45 minutes), Granada and the snow capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada (2.5 hours). Mojacar has a varied range of excellent restaurants while Garrucha has the very best in fish and seafood restaurants.

The apartment was very spacious,clean and well maintained. The large roof terrace allowed sunbathing all day.We had a hire car and did a lot of exploring. We enjoyed the local markets of Vera, Garrucha and the hill top village of Mojacar. There are some beautiful beaches along the coast. We had an enjoyable stay.

I rented this apartement this summer for my family and for friends. We were eight (4 adults and 4 children). There was enough place for everybody. The place was very clean, very well decorated. The swimming pool of the residence was rather big for everybody and the sea very close (not need of car) and in a delicious temperature.The terrace of height was completed for the breakfasts and the suppers.It was fantastic holidays and restful for everybody.
