This beautiful luxury 2 bedroom apartment situated in Mojacar, Almeria overlooks the Marina de la Torre Golf club and is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Mojacar is a beautiful area of Spain with a white washed mountain village overlooking the sea. A restriction on high-rise developments has ensured nothing is over three storeys tall giving Mojacar a more refined feel. Yet it still has great restaurants and bars, which is why people come back year after year. The apartment is on the 2nd floor giving extra privacy and is fully air-conditioned/centrally heated, has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a sofa bed (so sleeps 6), dining table and satellite TV (ASTRA showing French, German, English, Music channels). One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, there is a separate shower room. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom. Both have fitted wardrobes. There is access to a gym complex, two swimming pools set in large gardens with private terraces front and back.

Mojacar is situated in the province of Almeria which is in the south east of the Spanish peninsula and borders with the provinces of Granada and Murcia. In all this province covers 8774 square kilometres with a population of 425,000 inhabitants, of which 145,000 live in the capital city, also named Almeria. Inland, Almeria has an almost lunar landscape of desert, sandstone and dried up river beds and has long been a popular choice for filming American style spaghetti westerns.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above weekly rates include the supply of electricity, water, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) and full use of all complex facilities.

    Book a stay in January/February/March 2009/2010 and November/December 2009 pay euro 199 per week plus one off charge of 10 euro for heating per week. If you have a 5/6th person staying there is an additional supplement on the laundry of Euro 10.
  • A booking deposit of 25% is required upon booking or a minimum of 100 euro depending upon which is greater. 100% to be paid 4 weeks prior to rental. The 25% booking deposit will then be used as a security deposit held against breakages during the stay. This will be returned once the property has been cleaned and checked (independently) by our Spanish agents.
  • Easter, Whitsun, Christmas, New Year 400 euro per week.

If you do not hire a car there is a bus service to all other local beaches and resorts. Besides the beach, promenade, supermarkets, bars & restaurants there is a Water Park and a go-karting track. In Mojacar Playa you will find water sports, horse riding, golf, tennis and many more bars & restaurants.

un très bel appartement, très grand, très propre et très bien équipé !!
La climatisation est appréciable en été.
Un balcon pour le soir (juillet) donne sur un golf, donc très reposant ; un balcon à l'ombre à midi donne sur la piscine...
Tous les commerces à proximité ; des bars et restaurants pour sortir le soir.
Beaucoup de choses à voir dans les environs.
C'est une station balnéaire type, avec, et c'est normal, beaucoup de monde l'été...

Liking sun and easy living

My wife and I have been over to stay in this lovely apartment a number of times and always look to return for the sun, easy to use kitchen, cool bedrooms, great ( with occasions of great hilarity ) view of the golf course and excellent selection of local bars.

Particularly worth the trip up into the hillside or running down the coast road in a hire car towards the deep south of Spain to enjoy the Alhambra ( get their early ... ) or the local villages.

Bear in mind that this is Marjorca mind you ( which a local taxi driver once advised us another visitor so some other part of the local area thought it was :-) )

We will be back sometime soon if the snow keeps up in the UK !!

Comfortable/Well equipped Apartment

My family and I have stayed at this apartment a few times and have had a great stay each time. The apartment is well equipped, has a great view of the golf course from the front balcony. The front of the apartment gets the sun in the afternoon. The balcony at the back of the property has a view of the toddlers swimming pool and gets the sun in the morning. Although there are lots of great restaurants locally the kitchen in the apartment has eveything you need to create your own meals. I would recommned this property to couples or families.
