This super first floor apartment is situated in the peaceful location of Marina de la Torre, Mojacar and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms. It has been tastefully furnished and is well equipped. The Master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and benefits from sea views. There are 2 further twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom with a shower. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The comfortable living/dining area seats 6 and leads onto a large furnished sun terrace with great sea views. We also have a number of books, children's videos and games which are available for use during your stay. The communal pool areas have views overlooking the golf course of Marina del la Torre, to the sea and the fishing village of Garrucha beyond. The apartment also has an underground parking space which keeps the car nice and cool in the summer. Close to the beach and nearby hotels for nightime entertainment. The apartment is also ideal for golfers.

Mojacar is located in the South East picturesque coast of Spain in the Almeria province which is one of the lesser developed of the Costas. Airports serving the region are Almeria approx 45 mins drive, Alicante and Murcia under 2 hours away. The Costa de Almeria is largely unspoilt with summers starting before Easter and lasting well into November making this a good choice for off season holidays as well as your traditional summer destination. Also a very good location for golf breaks with 3 great courses, Mojacar golf club being opposite, Valle Del Este and Desert Springs within a 20 minute drive. Nearby Garrucha offers excellent fish resturants with the catch being landed daily in the local harbour, while the town of Vera offers traditional Spanish shopping and markets.

    BOOKING IS EASY: A Booking Form & Booking Conditions are sent to you by email on your confirmation. A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking. The balance remaining becomes payable eight weeks before your holiday starts. Payment in Sterling is preferred although Euros are also acceptable. In addation a damages deposit of £150 is also paid at this time but is only cashed if any damage, breakages (that are not replaced), loss of key or excessive laundry or cleaning.
  • The weekly rental includes linen and bathroom towels (please bring your own beach towels). Weekly maid service.
    Our rates do not change for half terms and school holidays, but please note that for occupancy of 5 or more people at any time there will be a small additional charge of £20 to cover additional laundry and running costs.
    We also have an underground parking space which keeps the car nice and cool, it also means that you don't need to spend time looking for somewhere to park.

A Little known area: Mojacar is almost unique, nestled on a hillside in the Sierra Cabrera mountains, the dazzling white moorish dwellings cluster together overlooking steep, narrow alleyways draped in bougainvillaea. The village is said to have a history that can be traced back to 2000 B.C. The views from the Plaza Mirador Nueva are quite spectacular. Just a couple of miles below the village, is the very different world of Mojacar Playa. Here you will find a modern beach resort, which boasts miles of sand and plenty of beach bars, restaurants and shops. Aimed at the leisure-minded tourist, the resort has a relaxed pace as well as pleasing views of the sea, hilly countryside and the mountains beyond. You will not find high rise buildings, all night bars and clubs in this resort. If you prefer a relaxed, fun, peaceful holiday in an area of outstanding natural beauty, beautiful beaches and enjoy quality food, Mojacar is for you.

Beaches: More than 10 miles of coastline with sandy beaches shelving gently towards the sea and varying from wide to fairly narrow, with rocky outcrops in places. The closest beach to the apartment is approx. 500m away. The beach includes, sunbeds & parasols and a couple of beach bars. For the most part, it is less developed than some, with plenty of space to enjoy, though small clusters of sun loungers and shades dot its length. Development tends to be clustered around the wider sections. Palmer Rumina Beach nearby and Garrucha beach have received the European blue flag. Various water sports (including windsurfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, pedalloes and banana-boat rides) are available. The Water Park at Vera playa is also only a 10 min drive away and is an excellent family day out.

Golf in the area: There are 4 golf courses in the area. Marina de la Torre: A 5 min walk from the apartment. Par 72, 5700 metres. A very nice course to play for all levels, ideal for a golfing holiday. Valle del Este: 15 min drive. Par 71, Beautiful course, Very well maintained. Desert Springs: 20 min drive. Par 72, The first 'desert' course in Europe. Rewards accurate tee shots. Cortijo Grande: 20 min drive. 9 hole course, set below the mountains. The apartment can easily accommodate 4 golfers. I have played these courses and have more information if required.

Other Activities: mini-golf right on the sea front, micro-lite flights, new go-karting track

I booked the apartment for my parents, two daughters and myself. The apartment was spotless on arrival and was exactly as described on website. Thank you for all your advice prior to booking. Directions from the airport were excellent and very easy to follow. I would recommend hiring a car to see the beautiful area of Mojacar. The beach was a short walk away and very unspoilt and not crowded. The restaurants which you recommended were very good and we ate in a few of them. I would recommend Restaurant 22, food is fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very good value for money and I will be recommending it to anyone who wishes to visit Mojacar, we hope to again soon.
Thank you for all you help and advice when we were booking, and your prompt replies to any queries I had by email it was very re-assuring, and also having the local agent's phone number if there were any problems. Thankfully we did not need the local agent as everything was in order in the apartment.
We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Many thanks

On arrival the apartment was spotless and had everything we required for our party of 4 adults for our 5 day break. The balcony is large and is great for enjoying breakfast in the morning and a few glasses of wine in the evening taking in the fabulous views over the golf course and the sea.

The apartment is situated in a quiet spot and is a pleasant 5-10 minute walk from the main road and beach. From here it is possible to get on one of the regular buses that take you in either the direction of the old town of Garrucha (our favourite) with a great selection of tapas bars or in the other direction to Mojacar Playa with its large selection of lively bars and restaurants. The bus also goes on to the old traditional white wash hilltop town of Mojacar - well worth a visit.

During our break we managed to get in a round of golf at 3 excellent courses all within 30 mins drive of the apartment. There are many more local courses that we are looking forward to trying in future visits.

We will definitely recommend both this apartment and this part of Spain to friends and hope to visit again soon.

A lovely apartment which was very clean and well equipped upon our arrival. Very good instructions from the airport. Lovely view over the golf course towards the Sea.
The beach is a 10 minute walk.
This is a beautiful area of Almeria, only 15 minutes walk from Garrucha a 'proper' Spanish town and fishing port. Eat just off the main seafront for great tapa's at very reasonable prices.
The hilltown of Mojacar Peublo is 10 minutes by car, very quaint and fantastic views.
Drive into the mountains and you'll find amazing little villages. A great holiday!

Ideal location for families not wanting the night life of larger resorts. The beaches are uncrowded but well serviced and clean and the restaurants to choose from are plentiful. We hope that we may see you again in the future.

Our party of 4 golfers flew into Murcia Airport and found the apartment surprisingly easily using the provided directions. The apartment was very welcoming with all the necesary mod-cons. The view was exactly as the picture shows from a generously sized balcony. We all found our bedrooms adaquate to rest our weary bodies after our rounds of golf. We played Desert Springs and Val del Este; 2 brilliant golf courses with excellant facilities. These courses are less than 30 minutes away. Although we never played it the local Marina de la Torre, which can be seen from the balcony, also looked a surperb course. The local restaurants/bars were very relaxed and provided more than enough variety for us.
A surperb golfing break in a lovely warm location. Thankyou.

Both the courses you played are first class and are usually very quite the area hasnt yet taken off as a golf location. Summer is a good time for golf in Spain as most courses offer discounts as it this the low season. Resturants in Mojacar offer food for all budgets and I always include a brief list of places to eat with all bookings. Just a quick note to say what a great short break we have had. The apartment was excellent value, and very well equipped - you have thought about everything, even a tea pot! On arrival everything was clean and well presented. Mojacar is a great resort with a good choice of bars and restaurants to choose from. Recommend Restaurant 22 in the Commercial Centre was a great find! Plenty of choice for golf - Desert Springs has a welcoming Club House, even if you are not playing golf! The beaches looked very inviting, but as it was March we didn't sun-bathe! The friend I went with has already booked again for this year & I hope to do so again very soon. We will certainly recommend you to our friends. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
