There are 2 further twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom with a shower. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The comfortable living/dining area seats 6 and leads onto a large furnished sun terrace with great sea views. We also have a number of books, children's videos and games which are available for use during your stay. The communal pool areas have views overlooking the golf course of Marina del la Torre, to the sea and the fishing village of Garrucha beyond. The apartment also has an underground parking space which keeps the car nice and cool in the summer. Close to the beach and nearby hotels for nightime entertainment. The apartment is also ideal for golfers.

Notes to the rental rates

• We can offer part week holidays, if you are only looking to book for 10 nights (or any number of nights) please send an enquiry for some great prices. We can also advise on car hire, please contact us for more information.

  BOOKING IS EASY: A Booking Form & Booking Conditions are sent to you by email on your confirmation. A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking. The balance remaining becomes payable eight weeks before your holiday starts. Payment in Sterling is preferred although Euros are also acceptable. In addation a damages deposit of £150 is also paid at this time but is only cashed if any damage, breakages (that are not replaced), loss of key or excessive laundry or cleaning.
  
• The weekly rental includes linen and bathroom towels (please bring your own beach towels). Weekly maid service.
  Our rates do not change for half terms and school holidays, but please note that for occupancy of 5 or more people at any time there will be a small additional charge of £20 to cover additional laundry and running costs.
  We also have an underground parking space which keeps the car nice and cool, it also means that you don't need to spend time looking for somewhere to park.

A Little known area

Mojacar is almost unique, nestled on a hillside in the Sierra Cabrera mountains, the dazzling white moorish dwellings cluster together overlooking steep, narrow alleyways draped in bougainvillaea. The village is said to have a history that can be traced back to 2000 B.C. The views from the Plaza Mirador Nueva are quite spectacular. Just a couple of miles below the village, is the very different world of Mojacar Playa. Here you will find a modern beach resort, which boasts miles of sand and plenty of beach bars, restaurants and shops. Aimed at the leisure-minded tourist, the resort has a relaxed pace as well as pleasing views of the sea, hilly countryside and the mountains beyond. You will not find high rise buildings, all night bars and clubs in this resort. If you prefer a relaxed, fun, peaceful holiday in an area of outstanding natural beauty, beautiful beaches and enjoy quality food, Mojacar is for you.

Beaches

More than 10 miles of coastline with sandy beaches shelving gently towards the sea and varying from wide to fairly narrow, with rocky outcrops in places. The closest beach to the apartment is approx. 500m away. The beach includes, sunbeds & parasols and a couple of beach bars. For the most part, it is less developed than some, with plenty of space to enjoy, though small clusters of sun loungers and shades dot its length. Development tends to be clustered around the wider sections. Palmer Rumina Beach nearby and Garrucha beach have received the European blue flag. Various water sports (including windsurfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, pedalloes and banana-boat rides) are available. The Water Park at Vera playa is also only a 10 min drive away and is an excellent family day out.

Golf in the area

There are 4 golf courses in the area. Marina de la Torre: A 5 min walk from the apartment. Par 72, 5700 metres. A very nice course to play for all levels, ideal for a golfing holiday. Valle del Este: 15 min drive. Par 71, Beautiful course, Very well maintained. Desert Springs: 20 min drive. Par 72, The first 'desert' course in Europe. Rewards accurate tee shots. Cortijo Grande: 20 min drive. 9 hole course, set below the mountains. The apartment can easily accommodate 4 golfers. I have played these courses and have more information if required.
