  Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
  A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, balance to be paid 7 weeks prior to arrival date.
  DAMAGES-: A returnable deposit of £150 must be paid by hirer on a separate cheque at time of paying final balance. Payment of any missing inventory or damage, loss of key (fair wear and tear accepted) will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be returned to the hirer within 10 days of departure.
