The apartments are situated in Victoria Building, a unique private complex finished to a high standard, in the hillside village of Mojacar, boasting stunning panoramic views of the countryside and sea with the Sierra Cabrera mountain range as a backdrop.The apartments have two single beds in each bedroom, built in wardrobes and double glazed windows with shutters.There are several lifts to all floors,security entrance to building (key access only), interphone surveillance in lounge. Hot and cold air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen.Lounge and Dining area with TV, radio/CD player, double glazed patio doors leading to a private terrace with panoramic views of the countryside, mountains and sea. Fully equipped gymnasium, jacuzzi, sauna, changing rooms and showers. Spacious roof terrace with large private pool, showers, toilets, sunloungers etc. ( pool open Easter to mid October ). There is parking outside complex and a bus stop approximately 30m from complex entrance.

The area surrounding Mojacar in the south east corner of Spain, benefits from the mildest winters in the whole of Europe. The coast of Mojacar is characterized by the diversity and beauty of its seventeen Km of beaches,some completely untouched.There are ample bars and restaurants in the village and along the playa. Close by are several golf courses, Vera water park (open high season only), Mini Hollywood, local fishing villages, coves and several markets. In the village you will find a wonderful contrast of local village life and tourism. The village with its whitewashed Moorish style houses and narrow cobbled streets has numerous bars,restaurants (serving global cuisine menus).

  • DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE ON ALL RENTAL PRICES - TERMS APPLY. Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, balance to be paid 7 weeks prior to arrival date. DAMAGES-: A returnable deposit of £150 must be paid by hirer on a separate cheque at time of paying final balance. Payment of any missing inventory or damage, loss of key (fair wear and tear accepted) will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be returned to the hirer within 10 days of departure.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 1 week in August 2009. The apartment building is beautifully kept as is the pool area. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. It has all mod-cons such as diswasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, even a sky box! The bedroom has 2 single beds and plenty of built-in stroage space. There is a large balcony attached to the apartment, with seating area. The apartment is situated within 5 minutes walk to the centre of Mojacar Village. I would have to say that Trevor was extemely helpful throughout, especially as we were delayed for 2 hours on our arrival. I would recommend this apartment to friends and family. However, I would like to say that parking is quite limited around the apartment, although there is a very good bus service which only costs €1. Also the apartment does not supply cushions for the deck chairs by the pool which would make a relaxing day much more comfortable. Other apartments seem to provide these.
