Superb air-con 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with outstanding sea and mountain views from large picture windows in lounge d/room and both bedrooms. Lie in bed and enjoy the fantastic sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea. Every window has mosquito blinds. Fully equipped kitchen including w/machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Spacious open plan dining area/lounge including dining table seating six, two sofas, satellite TV, Hi Fi and DVD player. Main bedroom has king size bed whilst the second has two single beds with 2 extra single beds if needed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Both bathrooms have baths and shower units and the ensuite has a bidet. Double sliding glass doors open on to a large terrace where you can dine whilst enjoying the fantastic Mediterranean views. The apartment block has a well equipped gym, Jacuzzi, sauna. 3 lifts, security video/audio surveillance and a large rooftop swimming pool with changing rooms/toilets, sun lounger’s, umbrellas.

Mojacar (Corner of Enchantment) is a unique Spanish white mountain village with winding cobbled streets enjoying fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and coast. Even the Spanish people themselves visit Mojacar to soak up the atmosphere and scenery. You need never leave the village which boasts many restaurants, bars, shops but if you want to sample sea sports, riding, petanque courts, fishing, bowling and of course golf courses then the village bus is just outside the apartment which runs every 30 min. and takes 5 mins to get to the sea. Victoria Buildings is a luxurious modern building consisting of 50 privately owned individually unique apartments with marble floors throughout. It is set in the heart of the village which has many fiestas throughout the year and if you are lucky you could sample free paella cooked in a large pan over coals in the village square.
