An upmarket (stunning) apartment situated at the entrance to Mojacar Village with spectacular panoramic views across the valley to the sea. The apartment is very well equipped to a high standard including a large sun terrace with beautiful views, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (1 double,1 twin), bathroom with bath and shower, open plan dining and living room, luxury 3 piece suite and satellite TV, dining table for four and fully air conditioned throughout. The sun terrace is furnished with a table seating 4 and 3 sunloungers. The building is a converted hotel on six floors, totalling about 50 apartments all privately owned. There is a well-equipped gym with sauna and Jacuzzi on the 5th floor and on the top floor, overlooking the valley to the sea, is a large swimming pool equipped with sunloungers and umbrellas. The building has two lifts and interphone/TV surveillance system offering complete security. There is parking outside the apartment and a bus stop just outside.

Mojacar Pueblo (village) itself is enchanting - situated in the foothills of the Sierra Caberea mountains largely unchanged for centuries with kasbah type cobbled streets and archways with plenty of typical Spanish bars and restaurants and shops of all types. The pace of the village is slow and unhurried and is a perfect place to 'chill out'. It is also within easy reach of popular and deserted beaches and plenty of golf courses.

Notes: The terrace is large and has seating for 4, there are also 3 sunlongers. The sun rises over the sea and valley onto the terrace first thing in the morning, and is perfect to breakfast there. The terrace is large enough to sunbath on or to just chill out. A car is not as essential as there is an excellent bus service. From outside the apartment the bus runs in a continuous loop ,from the village to the sea front, all along the playa and back to the village. It runs from early morning till late pm (depending on season) and the cost is ONE EURO. Airport transfers are available from Almeria 130euros return and Alicante/Murcia 220 euros return.

A beautful and very large apartment with many fcilites and a gorgeous roof top pool - only ever used by around 6 people maximum. We were very spoilt there and loved how close it was to the Pueblo. Don't want to say too much about it as its our little secret that we are going to visit every year, thats both the apartment and pueblo xx Thanks so much
