These adjacent apartments can be rented either singly or together. Access between the two is via the terrace or the roof solarium giving separated privacy if required. Both apartments are fully air conditioned. Each has two bedrooms; one double and one twin. They are on the second floor in an attractive new complex, just 150 metres from the beach. Both are beautifully furnished and fully equipped; each has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace from which the sunrise over the Mediterranean can be watched. They each have a roof solarium, accessed via an attractive marble staircase, with views of the mountains to the north, east and west and the sea to the south. It is 7km from the historic town of Vera and the lively resort of Mojacar Playa, just beyond the fishing village of Garrucha with its excellent restaurants. There are four golf courses within 20 minutes by car and the Vera Aqua Park is a kilometre down the road. The complex has a delightful communal swimming pool.

They are connected via both the terrace and the solarium, giving easy communication while retaining privacy if required . Each apartment has two bedrooms; one double and one twin. They are on the second floor in an attractive new complex, just 100 metres from the beach. Both are beautifully furnished and fully equipped including satellite TV. Each has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace from which the sunrise over the Mediterranean can be watched. They each have a roof solarium, which can be communal, with views of the mountains to the north, east and west and the sea to the south. Vera Playa lies between Puerto Rey and Villaricos on the Costa de Almeria. The beach at Vera Playa is broad, sandy and stretches for about 7km. The area is ringed by mountains, offering glorious scenery and gives a micro climate which is one of the most pleasing in Europe. It is an excellent centre for touring - Granada with The Alhambra, the Sierra Nevada, the Cabo de Gato nature reserve as well as the numerous local attractions nearest of which is the Aqua Parque (Water Park) some 2km SW of the property.
