A VILLA, FARM HOUSE, CORTIJO, COTTAGE, APARTMENT (WHAT EVER YOU CALL THEM) TO RENT BETWEEN HUERCAL OVERA AND SAN JUAN DE LOS TERREROS, ALMERIA, SPAIN. A peaceful, quiet, relaxing, clean, tidy, great value self catering holiday in beautiful countryside with plenty to keep the children happy ...pool, swings, slide, petting animals, safe fenced garden, walks and the new horse riding centre 3km away. Short drives of the towns, beaches, golf clubs, night-life etc of San Juan de Los Terreros, Mojacar, Vera, Garrucha, Aguilas, Lorca. Casa Ana is two lovingly reformed, adjoining cottage apartments (sleeps 2, 6 or 8+ ). Our petting animals are very popular with kids and adults e.g. dwarf goats, various chickens, roosters & turkey, ducks,tortoises, many guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs & cats etc.

This Spanish property sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is an open plan living, dining room and kitchen. The en-suite bathroom also has a shower over the bath. A cot and other items are available for babies and toddlers on request at no extra cost. If you prefer to have the place to yourselves, please ask about booking both apartments. The inside of the house and patio area are all on one level with four steps leading down to the gardens and pool (3.7m x 3.7m x 1metre+ deep - more safer for the kids - available from May). The cottage adjoins the far side of the owners property so help and advice is always close by. However, the two apartments have their own private facilities including a 500m2 private fenced garden with pool, patio areas, BBQ, children's play area, trees, parking etc. Something extra is the separate farm area with a number of petting animals including, goat, chickens, dogs, cats, tortoises, rabbits etc.

El Saltador & San Fransisco are 5 mins away with bars, bakers, school, doctors & horse riding stables. Pulpi town 10 minutes, San Juan de Los Terreros 20 minutes with fantastic beaches & maritime walk, bars, restaurants, disco & castle. Aguilas is 30 mins away, Almendricos 15. Mojacar, Garrucha & Vera are all approx. 30 to 40 mins away. The new Centro Hipico Del Almanzora Camping / Horse riding stables is just 5 minutes away. Also nearby...walking, go karting, sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkelling, microliting etc Almeria airport is 1 hour away, Murcia is 70 minutes, Alicante 90 minutes

    If you prefer to have the place to yourselves, please ask about booking both apartments. For stays longer than two weeks please contact us for a price.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to reserve accommodation with 10 working days of the email confirmation from us. If the deposit is not received within this time we reserve the right to accept other bookings.
    The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival along with the 100 pounds or 150 Euros security deposit before the keys are supplied.
    Refunds are not given. So please be sure of your dates.
  • The security deposit is required to cover potential breakages, loss, damage or extra cleaning. The deposit will be returned after inspection on the last day less any deductions if necessary.
