Beautifully furnished, full kitchen, including d/washer. W/machine housed in Utility on rear terraces. Large bedrooms/fitted wardrobes, UK size single and double beds, excellent lighting and plenty of power sockets. Climate control system in each property for all year round holidays

Luxury apartments each sleeping 6 in 2 x twin and 1 x double, west-facing overlooking pools & golf course new Jul 04 No 31 on ground floor, & No 33 above on two floors, the upper being a large and furnished solarium. Fully fitted kitchen, full electric oven/grill with 4 halogen hob plus extractor hood. A large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and many low/high level cupboards in rosewood. Stainless steel sink, large granite worktop area open plan to dining. There is a door to the kitchen for safety whilst cooking. Full shower rooms/toilet/sink + large bathrooms with full facilities. Water, Gas and Electricity are all metered & inclusive of rental price. In the Utility room a washing machine is provided, along with dryer system & ironing board (iron in kitchen cupboard). Lounges are beautifully furnished -plenty of low & high level lighting, seating, units, Satellite TV, CD/DVD player-client bring own disks. Bedrooms are tastefully furnished too including spacious fitted wardrobes.

Nos 31 & 33 Marina Playa and Golf are located within the Avenida Costa Levante in the part of Mojacar known locally as Marina de la Torre. It has its own Golf Course, Marina Golf and 15 minutes drive Desert Springs, Valle de Este and Cortje Grande Courses. A few minutes walk takes you to the Plaza de Europa and on through gardens to the beach road. To the left of the beach road is Garrucha, a typically Spanish Town for both holidays and work. It has lovely beaches, shops, yacht marinas and a working Port for both small containers and the fishing fleet. Fish restaurants are plentiful and the owners buy direct from the auctions at the Portside each evening. To the right of the beach road is Mojacar Playa, with supermarkets, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Above is Mojacar Pueblo a typical ancient white village, charming church, apartments, shops and restaurants plus a panoramic view, not to be missed. 10 kilometres in land is Vera, with its huge Saturday market.

Notes: Although cots are not installed a baby pack can be rented from our Managing Agents locally. The adult pool is 30 metres in length Mojacar is becoming quite well known as a friendly, low key, relaxing area, suitable for holidays throughout the year. It is definitely not for the Clubbers, plenty of other places in Spain for them! Many artists and photographers love the place for the magic of its colours and historians are fascinated by the many tales of the past both pre and post Christianity. Whatever the makeup of a group of holiday makers, there will be something for everyone. If you want to leave the car behind, there are regular buses serving the immediate area, or walking for the energetic when the temperatures are not too high. A diving centre is very local and water park for children 15min. The golf is really great and costs far less than those courses found in Portugal.

Just had a fantastic holiday in Mojacar. It had everything. If you want a 'chill out' holiday this is the place for you. Having just had 4 months of being stressed out at work, this was 'just what the doctor ordered'. Came back feeling great. The apartment accommodation was excellent in all areas together with underground parking. The adult and very young children's pool is just outside the apartment. The area was beautiful with so much choice in restaurants, activities on the beaches and a really good selection of shops. The views were breathtaking from the mountains in the surrounding area. The old village Mojacar Pueblo was stunning. Your time in Mojacar offers you not only a traditional 'by-the-pool' holiday but also a chance to see traditional Spanish way of life. Everything very accessible. Buses and taxis are readily available, but in my opinion, car hire makes touring the area so much more convenient and pleasurable. Site No. 14995
