For the discerning holidaymaker/golfer/beach lover - 2 luxurious and spacious apartments one ground (No 31) and one immediately above (No 33). 31 has large front terrace overlooking pools and golf course up to mountains. 33 has balcony (similar views to 31) plus a huge roof solarium above with panoramic vista of sea, fishing port of Garrucha, old white pueblo village nestled in mountain above and golf course plus BBQ cupboard, fitted sink etc. 31 and 33 each have ample garden furniture and pots/plantings. Beautifully furnished, full kitchen, including d/washer. W/machine housed in Utility on rear terraces. Large bedrooms/fitted wardrobes, UK size single and double beds, excellent lighting and plenty of power sockets. Climate control system in each property for all year round holidays

No 33 is immediately above No 31 reached by an adjacent staircase to the front door. Also having spacious 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double with large fitted wardrobes, dressing and side tables with ample lighting. Double has safe and key can be issued against a deposit from our Managing Agents. 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, fully fitted kitchen, white goods, lounge/dining, Satellite TV DVD/CD and full aircon/heating as for No 31. Rear terraces off all bedrooms and west facing front balcony which sits above main terrace of No 31 with views over pools and golf course. A further staircase from the front door leads up to a huge gated roof solarium with further garden furniture, BBQ and a special lockable BBQ cupboard fitted out as a mini kitchenette with hot/cold water, electricity socket, hose reel and outside lighting. Panoramic all round views of the whole area are not to be missed and really are a major feature of this luxury property.

Nos 31 & 33 Marina Playa and Golf are located within the Avenida Costa Levante in the part of Mojacar known locally as Marina de la Torre. It has its own Golf Course, Marina Golf and 15 minutes drive Desert Springs, Valle de Este and Cortje Grande Courses. A few minutes walk takes you to the Plaza de Europa and on through gardens to the beach road. To the left of the beach road is Garrucha, a typically Spanish Town for both holidays and work. It has lovely beaches, shops, yacht marinas and a working Port for both small containers and the fishing fleet. Fish restaurants are plentiful and the owners buy direct from the auctions at the Portside each evening. To the right of the beach road is Mojacar Playa, with supermarkets, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Above is Mojacar Pueblo a typical ancient white village, charming church, apartments, shops and restaurants plus a panoramic view, not to be missed. 10 kilometres in land is Vera, with its huge Saturday market.

  • Balcony is West facing and great for all year round sun, especially Mid Winter, when the sun does not set over the mountain until at least 6pm. The roof Solarium has sun all day long to add to the panoramic views.

Just had a fantastic holiday in Mojacar. It had everything. If you want a 'chill out' holiday this is the place for you. Having just had 4 months of being stressed out at work, this was 'just what the doctor ordered'. Came back feeling great. The apartment accommodation was excellent in all areas together with underground parking. The adult and very young children's pool is just outside the apartment. The area was beautiful with so much choice in restaurants, activities on the beaches and a really good selection of shops. The views were breathtaking from the mountains in the surrounding area. The old village Mojacar Pueblo was stunning. Your time in Mojacar offers you not only a traditional 'by-the-pool' holiday but also a chance to see traditional Spanish way of life. Everything very accessible. Buses and taxis are readily available, but in my opinion, car hire makes touring the area so much more convenient and pleasurable. Site No. 14995
