23 Palatio de la Marina is in a unique development between Mojacar and Garrucha. The style is based on an old Moorish palace to the rear which is now being renovated and will include a luxury hotel and casino. Besides Marina golf course to the rear there are 3 other courses within 15 minutes drive - Desert Springs, Valle de Este and Cortijo Grande. 1 kilometer to the east is Garrucha, a typical Spanish town with shops, supermarkets and great restaurants famous for their fish. There is also a marina and a fishing port. To the west is Mojacar Playa with a large selection of restaurants and bars and busy night life. Built into the mountains behind is Mojacar Pueblo (village). This is a typical Spanish village with quaint narrow streets and a beautiful church. Here you will get a great taste of Spain with it's shops restaurants and panoramic view of the surrounding area. There are local markets in the surrounding towns and villages most days of the week.

MOJACAR - The Levante of Almeria, over 3000 hours of sunshine, has the best all year round climate on the Med. Set in the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera, with 17 kilometers of beach, it is steeped in Moorish and Spanish history. It offers a list of options both to the active and to the more retiring.
