Beautiful, spacious apartment, with fabulous views over golf course, 100 metres from the beach or Mojacar beach is a 5 minute drive. Rental of our apartment include access to 2 swimming pools plus underground secure parking and our adult guests will have use of the gym and sauna (over 18s only please). Large lounge/dining room with comfortable furniture with unspoilt views of golf courses. The fully fitted open plan kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar is equipped to the highest standard. There are 2 bedrooms each with twin beds and large fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has an enormous terrace with ample furniture, overlooking Marina golf, communal gardens and mountains beyond. Extremely large terrace on 18th tee with beautiful views of back 9, Old Town Mojacar and mountains. To rear 2 minute walk to beach. Gas BBQ, lounges, large table with 6 chairs with parasol and drink's table. Terrace comes with potted plants and trailing bougainvillea.

The fishing village of Garrucha is 1km away. The centre of Mojacar is a 5 minute drive. Frequent bus service along the sea front. The old Moorish town of Mojacar 10 minutes by car. Water park 4 kilometres away. Miles of peaceful, safe beaches stretching to Cabo de Gata with the dunes of Nijar Natural Park, down to the Marina of Almerimar, one of the largest in the Mediterranean. Close to caves of Sorbas and mini Hollywood theme park. Mountainous area popular with hikers and mountain bikers for both nature, and bird watching. City of Almeria excellent for shopping. Near to apartment in Garrucha and Mojacar are many varied restaurants to suit all tastesand pockets! Several excellent supermarkets close by, banks, pharmacies and local shops.

Airports: Although Almeria airport is only 50 minutes drive from our apartment, there are daily flights from most major airports to Alicante which is a 2 hour drive away. There are an increasing number of flights to Murcia which is 1hr 20 mins away by the new AP7 motorway Collection from and return to Almeria airport can be arranged by a local car hire firm provided car hire is taken up with that company.

Shopping: 5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket.Larger supermarkets and other shops 5min drive away

Car Hire: Collection from and return to Almeria airport can be arranged by a local car hire firm provided car hie is taked up with that company. There are numerous car hire companies at Almeria, Alicante and Murcia airports. We have found carjet useful.

Golf: Situated overlooking the course at Marina de la Torre with mountains in the background. Only a short drive to the courses at Valle D'este and Desert Springs.

Very Large Terrace and even better inside

A lovely and very well well kept apartment. The location is towards the end of the Playa in Mojacar so it is probably best to have your own car although there was also public transport to town. The pool was very nice and right outside the apartment. The terrace was huge with easily enough room for 4 loungers a large table with still plenty of space left over. We used the BBQ(provided) and took advantage of the sunny (all day) terrace. Inside the apartment was very well furnished with two great bathrooms and bedrooms. The air-con was also a bonus on those hot summer evenings.

I stayed at this excellent apartment on two occasions.It had everything you could want-better equipped than home!Set on golf course with beautiful views but able to stagger to pool in 25 metres.Air con very effective and the apartment was very clean indeed.I will be returning.
