There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and a good size bathroom with shower and bath. The comfortable living room/dining room with TV, leads out to the sunny terrace where there is also a table and chairs for outdoor meals. The kitchen is completely equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, hob and oven and enough utensils, crockery and glassware for 6/8 people. The complex has 2 attractive outdoor swimming pools both of which have shallow pools for small children. We are situated between two halves of Marina de la Torre golf course and driving range, 200 meters to the golf club house and 400 meters downhill to the Mojacar beach, which stretches for miles. The apartment is built on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean, the other side of the hill has panoramic inland views. Garage parking.

Mojacar is an ancient Moorish village perched on the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera Mountains overlooking the Mediterranean coastline. Discover this 'sugar cube' Andalusia village with its narrow kasbah streets and courtyards overlooking Mojacar beach. This legendary town, is aptly named and famous throughout Spain as El Rincon del Embrujo, “The Corner of Enchantment”. Visible from many miles away, the distinctive whitewashed sugar cube houses stacked on upon another separated by twisting cobbled streets, winding steps and old arches, offer a surprise around every corner. Restaurants, Bars and Craft and Art shops lie awaiting to be discovered along with the hospitality of the friendly locals. Here you can enjoy the intimacy of a small village with the added advantage of another village just 1km away at the beach where there is a large Commercial Centre with every facility.

Marina de la Torre Golf Course is front line Mojacar Beach and is an 18 hole par 72 golf course nearby with full hire facilities. The great attraction for a golf holiday is that there are three other courses no more than a 15 minute drive from Marina de la Torre. Cortijo Grande, a challenging nine hole course surrounded by the spectacular Sierra Cabrera mountains and now being extended to 18 holes. Desert Springs Golf par 72 which is the only desert course in Europe. Valle D·Este a new and very attractive 18 hole course between Garrucha and Vera.
