The penthouse has both air-conditioning and heating. The patio has sun loungers and a large wooden table and chairs next to a built-in BBQ. The lounge/dining room is fitted with tasteful decor, two sofas, an armchair, coffee table, dining room table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and quality kitchen units. There are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a luxury bathroom.

With far-reaching views over the sea, this challenging course is split in two and has parkland and rolling terrain. Cortijo Grande - 9 holes. Most Memorable Vacation

Vista Grande was truly the most memorable place we have ever stayed on vacation. It was certainly everything we were hoping for and so much more. It really is the best location in Mojacar Pueblo with wonderful vistas and close enogh to walk to all the restaurants and shops in the village. The view from Vista Grande is amazing. We would set our alarm to get up early every morning just to see the sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea. It was breathtaking! The Penthouse itself is beautifully furnished and has all the comforts of home. It was so relaxing having our coffee on the terrace in the mornings. We could easily spend our days shopping, dining or at the beach with no need for a car. The pool was also very refreshing on those warm afternoons. We always seemed to find ourselves back out on that gorgeous terrace again at the end of the day to enjoy a nightcap and the calming view of the sea. This is a great place to stay and we are planning to return many times in the future.

We have been to this penthouse apartment twice a year for many years and we can't get enough. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is always appreciated. From early morning sunrises enjoying breakfast on the patio to evening dinner and spectacular sunsets with a bottle of Rioja. In between times exploring the pueblo with its many bars, shops and restaurants. The pool is very closeby and the surrounding area is well maintained on a daily basis. We always have a car which is reccomended although there is a very good local bus service to beaches, shops and many more bars/restaurants. Garrucha is the nearby fishing port and has many good fish restaurants( some quite expensive) but we like to buy our own fish at one of the larger supermarkets which have amazing displays and cheaper too. We bring it back and cook it on the BBQ. Friends have stayed with us, loved it and booked to come back, why not it's great!!

A quiet haven in a beautiful Spanish village

I have stayed at this property on a number of occasions. It is situated at the highest point in Mojaccar village. The views are spectacular over the valleys and the sea. This is a first rate property for those who want a relaxing holiday.
It is quiet place yet only 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the village shops.There are many excellent and varied restaurants in the village.
The penthouse is nicely furnished with all mod-cons. Air conditioning/heating in all rooms. Two good sized bedrooms with ample storage space and a very spacious lounge/dining room plus a fitted kitchen
There is a very large sun terrace which boasts a large wooden table and chairs and sun loungers. Also a purpose built BBQ for use on those barmy evenings. There often appears to be a welcome breeze which can keep down the heat on those days when the sun is at its hottest. There is a large outdoor swimming pool situated only one floor down.
The property is well maintained and is thoroughly cleaned before your visit.
A lift will take you up to the Penthouse.
