The complex is very nicely landscaped with a choice of three resident’s swimming pools and separate children’s pool all surrounded by grass - making it ideal for a family and/or golfers break. Secure underground parking. The Golf Resort Hotel has a Buffet Restaurant, Cafeteria/Bar and Poolside Grill Restaurant. Recreational faculties include a fitness centre, state-of-the-art Spa with heated and cold pools, together with a Sauna and Steam room. Notes to the rental rates

• Christmas, New Year and Easter rates are £225 per week. When you make a booking a deposit of 25% is required to confirm it. Payment can be made in either Euros or Sterling to our UK Bank or Spanish Bank – details of which will be advised. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. When the balance is paid, we also ask for a separate refundable cheque for £100 as a deposit to cover the unlikely event of missing or damage to inventory items including loss of keys.
  A welcome pack of provisions will be provided at no extra cost to save you rushing out immediately to purchase your requirements. A map of directions to the property will be forwarded to you once the deposit has been received. Finally we wish you a very pleasant stay, and a guest book is available for your comments (good or bad), which will help us to make any improvements.
  
• Cancellation Charges. More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge.
  4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate.
  2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of the total rental rate.
  Less than 2weeks prior to arrival - 100% of the total rate.

The Golf Resort has a small commercial complex adjacent to the hotel which includes cafe/bars, hair stylist, Internet facilities and assorted other shops. A small supermarket is expected open soon. The course is 18 holes (Par 71 – 5717 meters), it has been designed after the ultimate state-of-the-art in golfing, seeking to achieve a perfect harmony with the landscape and all environmental measures to get a Golf Course that is a matchless natural precinct. It is a course with autochthonous vegetation from the Almeria-Desert with an outstanding, fantastic design, unique tees as small round platforms surrounded by volcanic rocks, generous fairways, wide and spacious greens. From the players point of view, the Valle del Este golf resort will be a real challenge that you will really enjoy. The Valle del Este Golf school has a driving range, putting green, chipping green and a practice bunker. Lessons are given by professional golf teachers and are all based on the state-of-the-art teaching methodology. Beginner’s lessons, Intermediate lessons, advanced lessons, weekly intensive courses, weekend intensive courses and individual lessons.
