Excellent Holiday rental for family. 4 Double bedroom Duplex with balconies and roof terraces enjoying fantastic sea views. Fully furnished to exceptional standard with Flat Screen LCD TV's and Built in DVD Players. Sky television and Fully Air conditioned. Fully integrated Kitchen with all amenities you could wish for. Bathrooms: The under-build has been turned into 2 large double bedrooms a bathroom and an additional living room ideal for 2 families to share and have own space. 5 minute walk to beach and swimming pools, excellent water park is 2 minute drive as is local Hypermarket. For Golf lovers Desert Springs is a 5 minute drive and Valle de Este is 10 minutes away, both excellent golf courses. This is a very nice holiday rental for a family that wish to have some peace and quiet but only be 10 minutes from Mojacar, Gurrucha, Vera +Villa Ricos. Fly into Almeria or Murcia airport very easy to find and approx 40 minutes from Almera. An excellent alternative to a Villa.

Mojacar is a lively resort with dozens of restaurants and bars based on the coast it offers everything a family could want. Gurrucha and Vera are large local typical Spanish Towns and the Fishing village of Villa Ricos is 5 minutes away.

  • Both bathrooms have showers over the bath with excellent water pressure. Fully fitted out with mirrors and storage space.

The Basement (under-build) has been converted into 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and additional living room, it is almost a self contained apartment (accessed by normal staircase from ground floor of house) so we suggest 1 family has this floor and another has the 2 remaining bedrooms on top floor. All have wardrobes and bedding. The bedding is flexible so can organise twins or double beds in all rooms

Stayed at this property in May of this year and it was fantastic. Almost brand new and furnished to very high standard. Close to beach and everything is within a 5 or 10 minute drive. Roof terraces are sun traps and The Sky TV and Air con are real bonuses.
Kitchen is to die for with everything integrated.

Excellent furnished and Kitchen has everything you could wish for. Air conditioing and Sky TV very good too.
2 living areas, so children can amuse themselves in another room if needed. Very close to Beach and 5 minutes to water park

I stayed here in September with a group of friends. The Property was delightful. Very comfortable and well maintained. Furnished simply but to a high standard with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen was superb with everything you needed. It is within an easy walk of the village and the sea. Beautiful views from the roof terraces of both the sea and the mountains. I thinkthis is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in in Spain.

Lovely relaxing holiday

I stayed here with friends for a week in September 08. The house is very clean and comfortable very nicely furnished, lovely lounge, big bedrooms, great shower rooms, well equipped big kitchen with nice tiling, more than enough linen. Most of all though the two terraces on the roof are real suntraps, as is the balcony off the main bedroom.
We had a car but didn't go far for lovely beaches and restaurants. Nearest beach is about 10 mins walk away and shops are about 5 mins walk. Our favourite restaurant was on the harbour in Villaricos. Great food in various restaurants with fresh catch of the day - all very reasonably priced, nearly everything cheaper than UK. We also enjoyed our visit to Mojacar in the mountains.
