Brand new 3 bedroomed townhouse on the stunning Valle del Este Golf Course in Vera. Vera is an old Spanish town close to the fishing port of Garrucha, 10 minutes from the beach resort of Mojacar Playa and old town of Mojacar set in stunning mountain landscapes. 40 minutes from Almeria airport, 2 hours Alicante airport and Murcia airport. Great flight deals with Easyjet, Mytravelite and Ryanair. As the house is on the corner, it has a very large patio area and desert garden. Communial pool, parking and overlooks the 7th green of the golf course. Discounted golf rates for guests. Television, DVD and video are provided with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. Central heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer, individually controlled in each room. Travel cot and high chair available for children. Valle del Este has its own beach club which is 10 minutes by car. There are 3 other golf courses in the area: Desert Springs, Marina de la Torre and Cortija Grande.

Vera is an old Spanish town founded in the 6th century, it has a beach resort of Vera Playa, where the Valle del Este Beach Club is located. The house is close to the beach resort of Mojacar Playa and old town of Mojacar set in the mountains. Between the beach resorts of Mojacar and Vera is the Spanish fishing port of Garrucha, which features a tree lined promemnade and beautiful sandy beaches and yacht marina. The fishing boats depart every morning and return at sunset, the local fishing fleet supplies all types of seafood to the local markets and restaurants. 2.5 hours from Granada which is home ot the Alhambra Palace, considered by some to be one of the 10 wonders of the world. The Alhambra is a castle constructed over many centuries. Granada is a ski resort in the winter in the Sierra Nevada mountains and sunny resort in the summer. The mountains in the region have also been backdrops to films such as Indiana Jones, there is a Hollywood film set to visit.

Notes: As the house has a corner location, it has one of the largest patio areas and desert gardens on the Los Olivos complex. Renters this year have remarked how well equipped the house is, providing a full set of picnic ware, BBQ, chess sets, boules set, seating for 12 outside with two large garden tables, garden umbrellas, plus chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

Golf: Valle del Este is a stunning 18 hole golf course. 6269 yards par 71. Each hole presents a different challenge that requires much thought before executing the shot. The views are stunning. The par four, 15th is one of the longest holes you will encounter if the wind is against you and the finishing hole is a beautiful par 4 with water cascading to your left flowing from a lake that protects the green on three sides. Highly recommended. Other courses in the area: Desert Springs - 6750 yards par 72. It has been built to rival any of the famous desert courses of Arizona and California. Hugely testing golf either n lush fairways or chipping back into position from the rugged desert terrain. Designed by successful Walker Cup captain, Peter McEvoy. Other courses in the area: Marina Golf, Mojacar, 5956 years par 72 and Cortija Grande.

Had an amazing holiday on Valle Del Este. The house is very well equipped, clean and very spacious. Everything you could need is there, including lots of baby equipment which made our stay very easy with a small child. Will definately be booking another trip later in the year. Many thanks.

Lovely House right on the course at Valle del Este

We had a great time at this lovely house - really quiet location, overlooking the 7th tee (I think it was 7th), pool area lovely and just few steps from the house. The patio area at the house was such a sun trap a glorious place to have breakfast. Bedrooms good size as were the kitchen and living area - all clean and sparkly.
Location great as just a short drive to the lovely towns of Garrucha, Vera and Mojacar - all with a charm of their own for different reasons. A great time was had by all - looking forward to going back soon.
