This wonderful,spacious, air conditioned villa with private swimming pool is situated beside the beach in the lovely resort of Mojacar in south east Spain. The large, new house is very comfortably furnished with every amenity and the pool, garden and outside barbecue area make it an ideal base for soaking up the sun by the pool on lazy summer days. The more energetic can explore this unique area of Spain and enjoy all the outdoor pursuits available. The beach, the nearby water park and go-kart track provide plenty of diversion for the children. There is a covered secure carport for 2 cars. There are wonderful outdoor markets in Mojácar and the adjacent villages such as Garrucha, Turre and Vera, where you can treat yourself to a mouth-watering selection of fresh fruit, vegetables and fish. There are also endless varieties of restaurants both Spanish and other nationalities, from a simple tapas bar to haute cuisine restaurants. There are 4 golf courses between 3 and 30 minutes drive.

Mojácar is an engaging and romantic undiscovered corner of Spain, perched high on a hill with white washed houses and cobbled streets, which overlooks the sea and gorgeous long sandy beaches. A focal point for artists and writers throughout the ages, Mojácar with its Moorish appearance and commanding views will fascinate, beguile and completely captivate you. There are more than 5kms of beach front (many having been awarded the EEC blue flag for cleanliness), notably there are 12km of virgin beaches and coves, which reach to the borders of the Cabo de Gata natural park. The famous 'spagetti westerns' of the 60s were made in the nearby desert of Tabernas and a great day out can be had visiting the old film sets and reenacting some of the action, greatly enjoyed by all children young and old. Another big attraction in Summer is the Water Park in Vera, bus service available from Mojacar or 15 minutes in a car. Mojácar is undoubtedly the most cosmopolitan place in the whole region.

  • The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a bathroom en suite. the bathroom has 2 washbasins, marble tops, ample storage for linen etc., a bidet and a walk in shower. Each of the other bedrooms is on the first floor, all are a good size, lots of wardrobe space and a private terrace each with panoramic sea views.

We were 2 family's of 4, who shared the villa for 10 days in July. It is as stated a spacious and cool house, air con a must in july and august and it had seperate pods in each room which worked a treat. The villa was lovely and clean on our arrival and the balcony's offer great views. The pool although not huge was adequate for us to have lots of family game sessions.
La Finca bar only a few feet away was a great place for an early evening drink, and there are plenty of good restuarants along the front. If you have a car try not to park it in the drive as a huge curb, nearly took our undercarrige off!!
I would recommend the villa to friends and we shall certainley return to this area of spain again,

EXCELENTE , la verdad es que no esperaba que la propiedda fuera así, las fotos no hacen justicia a lo que realmente es. Amplia, espaciosa, luminosa, en perfecto estado y una atención esmerada por parte de la arrendadora. La recomiendo a todos, no hace falta coche pues está perfectamente comunicada con otras poblaciones con autobuses urbanos e interurbanos, a cien metros de la vivienda.

lovely villa within walking distance of the beach and a great little bar La Finca just across from the front gate!
The villa is spacious & well equipped although could have done with some more poolsdie sun furniture.The pool is lovely and enjoyed the sun all day.
We had a lovely relaxing family holiday here and would recommend and return.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Tourists without a Car
