This is a very charming two bedroom Spanish town house. The interior has just been fully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The house commands the sun all day as it has two front terraces, roof and a rear terrace from which you can walk off and dive straight into the swimming pool. The lounge keeps very cool in the summer and has a luxurious leather settee from which you can read, listen to music, or watch TV complete with sky. To the rear you have the kitchen area with everything you would expect, microwave, washing machine, convenient for long lets! Fridge-freezer, hob & oven etc. From the kitchen area there is a dedicated dining area, which seats four. On the second floor there are the two bedrooms, one double and two single beds. Both rooms are complete with air conditioning for your comfort but also act as heaters during the winter season. The third floor is the roof terrace which both has spectacular views of the sea and the mountain.

Mojacar has a fascinating history for you to explore during your stay,you can explore the mountain ranges of the sierra Nevada, visit mojacar pueblo, the beautiful,historic town built on the mountain side with its narrow streets and after, have a rest with a little tapas and a cool beer before going to the plaza to enjoy its breathtaking views over the region. You may wish to spend the day on the beach of which there are miles or walk along the playa and enjoy the many restaurants and bars with there fantastic choice of fresh fish or perhaps just a little tapas, the choice is yours, enjoy! we do!

Notes: Important - please note that children are welcome but will need to be supervised carefully because the swimming pool is located very close to the rear terrace and also supervision required on the 2nd and 3rd floor terraces especially the roof! Smokers, I would kindly ask if you could do the majority outside as it has just been redecorated, many thanks. The house is furnished, well equipped and maintained to a high standard and is ready for you to enjoy your well earned holiday. Bordered by the Tabernas Desert with its dramatic landscapes and warmed by the Mediterranean, Almeria is flavoured with unrivalled average hours sunshine and high temperatures all year round. Beautiful unspoilt beaches, majestic coastlines and whitewashed mountain villages bring you the taste of the real Spain.

There are many beautiful villages to explore in and around Mojacar such as Bedar, El Pinar, Nijar and Vera to name but a few. There is also a good day out for the children to 'Mini Hollywood' where many of the famous spaghetti westerns were filmed. Or for something different take a journey to the Sierra Nevada mountains where the skiing is excellent. You might like to take a drive to Granada and see the resplendent Allhambra Palace, but booking is advisable.

There is an abundance of restaurants in and around Mojacar, and in the nearby town of Garrucha you will find the best fish restaurants in Spain. There are also wonderful out door markets in Mojacar and the surrounding areas so whether it is novelties, leather goods, crafts or the freshest produce you will find all these in the daily markets.

Golf: There are now several golf courses to choose from surrounding Mojacar. So whether you are a novice or professional you will find one that will cater for you. There is a Marina de la Torre, an 18 hole, par 72 course of 5456 m2. There you will find restaurants, bars, shops, buggy rental and professional instruction. Between Vera and Los Gallardos is the new Valle del Este course 18 hole par 71, which includes a fitness club and near Cuevas is the Deserts Springs, the only desert course in Spain with 18 holes, par 72, 6179m2. The Tournament of Knights has just been held there, and it was extremely successful. The course also has all facilities, restaurants, bar etc.

We have just returned home from having a brilliant fanily holiday in Mojacar.
The accomodation was clean & spacious and very well equipped. We were very impressed with the change of linen after the first week.

Although the complex was busy the pool was large enough to cope. The area is quiet but is also within easy walking distance to the main areas of restaurants & bars.
I have no hesitation in recommending this town house to anyone.

We holiday hear every year, we like the quiet location, the house is kept to a high standard with the swimming pool just outside the door. It has plenty of sun terraces and then on the evening its just a five minute walk to the playa for dinner,its just so easy, cannot wait till august !
