The property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and comprises lounge, diner/kitchen with microwave, washing machine , toaster and kettle. There are 2 good sized bedrooms and bathroom, with shower. The property backs onto a beautiful manicured garden with large communal swimming pool. There is also a downstairs toilet. There are balconies on the front and off the main bedroom, they both have beautiful sea views.

Beautiful unspoilt beaches, majestic coastlines and whitewashed mountain villages bring you to the real taste of Spain. There are many beautiful villages to explore in and around Mojacar, such as Bedar, El Pinar, Villaricos and Vera to name but a few and there are fabulous markets everyday in and around the region. There is also a good day out for the children to 'Mini Hollywood' where many of the famous spaghetti westerns were filmed. Or for something different take a journey to the Sierra Nevada mountains where the skiing is excellent. Or take a drive to picturesque Granada and the the resplendent Alhambra Palace, but booking is advisable.

Notes: The house has been fully refurbished to a high standard and the back patio leads straight to the landscaped gardens and swimming pool - brilliant for families. The whole house is equipped for 6 people. We would request thaht people do not smoke inside the property, but there are several outside areas where smoking is permitted.

Golfing holidays: This property is ideal for golfing breaks as there are several golf courses to choose from in the surrounding area. So whether you are a novice or professional you will find one that will cater for you. There is Marina de la Torre, an 18 hole, par 72 course of 5456 m2. There you will find restaurants, bars, shops, buggy rental and professional instruction. Between Vera and Los Golldardos is the new Valle del Este course, 18 hole par 71, which includes a fitness club and near Cuevas is the Desert Springs, the only desert course in Spain with 18 holes par 72- 6179 m2. The Tournament of Knights has been held there - which was a resounding success. The course also has all the usual facilities.
