The town of Mojácar clings to a rocky hillside over looking the Mediterranean Sea, less than an hour’s drive from the Andalucian capital of Almeria. Mojácar is comprised of two distinct areas: Mojácar Pueblo (town) and Mojácar Playa (beach), roughly 2 km apart. This excellent southerly location: assures Mojácar an average of 320 days sunshine per year. Be captivated by its gentle pace of life and serene beauty. Enjoy the many miles of magnificent blue flag sandy beaches with friendly beach-bars, a shop lined Promenade, terrific restaurants with great cuisine (at modest prices!) cafes,bistros or simple seafood grilled on the beach. This house is close to the very popular Mandela Night Club. Excellent golf is available locally courses. This is a large townhouse, ideal for both sightseeing in old Mojácar Pueblo and spending time at the beach. A perfect base for family and friends.

Notes: Luxury 3 bed end of terrace house just100 mts from the beach. This house has three private terraces, one each to the front and rear and a large terrace on the roof - providing excellent views of the beach and the historic village of Mojacar in the evening. The house is very well equipped with three bedrooms and excellent storage, easily sleeping 6. There is a large sitting / dining room with a terrace to the private pool and garden area. There are two pools - one for children only. The kitchen is well equipped with a window to the front terrace and an arch to the dining area. This community is small and private with 9 houses and 18 apartments, ideal for family holidays or long stays. In fact, some of the houses are lived in all year around. The house is close to plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and all you require. There is a small internet cafe within a 5 minutes walk. There is easy access to public transport with local buses to Mojacar Pueblo and Garrucha stopping outside.
