This house has three private terraces, one each to the front and rear and a large terrace on the roof - providing excellent views of the beach and the historic village of Mojacar in the evening. The house is very well equipped with three bedrooms and excellent storage, easily sleeping 6. There is a large sitting / dining room with a terrace to the private pool and garden area. There are two pools - one for children only. The kitchen is well equipped with a window to the front terrace and an arch to the dining area. This community is small and private with 9 houses and 18 apartments, ideal for family holidays or long stays. In fact, some of the houses are lived in all year around. The house is close to plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and all you require. There is a small internet cafe within a 5 minutes walk. There is easy access to public transport with local buses to Mojacar Pueblo and Garrucha stopping outside. |
