This lovely house is situated in a palm tree lined avenue which is extremely tranquil and peaceful. The panoramic views of the mountains and the Mediterranean sea are stunning. However, it is just a short walk to the coastal road where restaurants, shops and bars are located. The perfect combination of peace and quiet should you wish or more life a short way away. Ideal location for families and a good base for looking around this beautiful part of Spain.The coastline is approximately 15KM in length. The beaches are wonderful, yet they change from one kilometre to the next, some are sandy, ideal for sunbathing, whilst others are full of interesting nooks and crannies. Little coves snuggle in between the longer stretches of beach, which are often completely deserted even in the height of the season. The scenery is as beautiful as it is rugged and the views are second to none. There are organised walks which are a very popular pastime but not for the faint hearted

Restaurants and Bars

Spoiled for choice for eating places in Mojacar eg English/Spanish/Italian/Indian/Thai/Mexican/Belgian/French. Most tastes are catered for whether it be fish and chips, a great steak, paella, pizza or whatever takes your fancy The Menu del dia (menu of the day) is available at most Spanish restaurants during the day and offers a very reasonably priced three course meal. The standard of cooking in most of the restaurants is extremely high. Unique to this part of Spain are the beach bars which are generally open from April to October, however, some are now open all year round. It is a wonderful way to spend a few hours and a huge array of tasty bites are available and tasting Spanish tapas is a must. There is also a variety of entertainment during the evening which takes place in some bars eg live music, karaoke, quizzes, bingo, games, horse racing, live football and Sky Sports.

Golf Information:

Golf is a very popular sport in this area and we have four excellent courses, one of which can be reached on foot and the others are a short drive away.
