Stunning views include the golf course hills and the sea. The beach is only 10 minutes away and the hotel is 5 minutes walk where there is another pool, restaurants and spa.Several restaurants, shops & amenities in locality. House is set overlooking the 4th fairway of the prestigious golf course Valle del Este and set amongst beautiful gardens with a large swimming pool. For the beach lovers there are miles of sandy beaches from Villaricos, Vera Playa through to Garrucha the old fishing town to Mojacar playa. The beaches are never crowded and there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the sea road to relax in. Vera is situated on the Costa Almeria and is just 45 minutes form Almeria airport and enjoys the best climates in Europe with over 3000 hours of sunshine a year and winters that are non existent. The area also offers the truly beautiful Cabo de Gata National Park with its empty golden beaches and coves and miles of nature walks along the cliff tops and valleys. You will see many wild birds, including flamingo's along your travels and you can sample some of the best fish and traditional paella dishes in the numerous fishing villages. This is a beautiful town house situated on Valle del Este.

Excellent and challenging golf courses, such as Valle del Este and Desert Springs, have now been developed in the area offering golfers of all abilities the chance to play their sport all year round on some of the best golf courses in Europe. Skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains is only 35km away from Granada and just over 2 hrs drive from the house. This is Europe's most southerly ski venue and the site of the 1996 World Championships. It offers great skiing for all levels of skiers from beginners to advanced.

Valle del Este is a stunning 18 hole golf course of 6269 yards, par 71 and was designed by the well known Jose Canales. Each hole represents a different challenge that requires thought before executing the shot. The views across the course are stunning and the 18th hole is a beautiful par 4 with water cascading to your left, flowing from the lake and down the waterfalls. This course is highly recommended. There are other good courses in the area including the famous Desert Springs course of 6750 yds, par 72 and Marina Golf, Mojacar Playa 5956 yds, par 72 and the developing Cortijo Grande course in the valley of the beautiful Sierra Cabrera mountains

Daily flights to Almeria ( approx 45 mins from house) from Gatwick ,Birmingham, Stanstead, Exeter, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast with Easyjet, Airtours, Thompsons, Flybe, Ryanair etc. Daily flights from Stanstead, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, Southampton and Bournemouth to either Alicante or Murcia ( approx 1hr 45mins from apartment) via Easyjet, Monarch, Flybe, Air2000, Thompson and other airlines including BA & Iberia. The drive from all the Airports is very easy as Valle del Este is just off the main E15 motorway This town house is situated on Los Almendros complex and is situated looking over the fourth fairway of the golf course .
