Set in the countryside but only 5 minutes from the town is this beautiful villa. It has landscaped gardens and gates for full privacy and driveway for many cars, also there is a full size tennis court with basketball nets and goal posts for football a 40x20ft gated swimming pool separate Jacuzzi with music system large courtyard/patio with outside kitchen/bbq with fridges and freezer gas BBQ conservatory and also a Spanish sofra (outside seating area with open fire/BBQ). The house has full central heating (for winter lets) and air-conditioning (needed in the summer) the conservatory has air-conditioning/heating and fans installed. No expense has been spared in the facilities or furnishing of this villa it has all the comforts of home

The villa is set in orange groves a 5 minute drive from the village of Antas which has restaurants bars shops banks and a chemist. the villa is a 10 minute drive to the championship golf course of Valle Del Est and the famous Desert Springs the town of Vera is a 10 minute drive away which is very cosmopolitan with more shops and bars the nearest beach is Vera or Garrucha which is also a 10 minute drive there you will find go-karting, aqua park and many beach sports
