Villa Details: The villa is surrounded by a white-walled garden which leads to the large pool with 6 sunbeds and a gazebo to provide shade. A number of patio tables and chairs are positioned around the villa. The front of the property has a large covered terrace, fixed table and bench overlooking the front garden and superb views. The ground floor accommodation comprises entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, large dining room with two wall mounted heaters, wood burning fire and double sofa-bed. The comfortably furnished lounge has wall mounted heater, cast iron wood-burning stove and double doors opening on to the rear garden with covered patio area. The 2 fully fitted twin-bedded rooms, both have wall heaters, fans and en-suite shower rooms. The upper floor accommodation comprises a huge master bedroom with king-size bed, sofa-bed, two heater units, walk in wardrobe, fan and a large en-suite bathroom with twin basins. Also available, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom village house 5 min drive away.
Facilities in the surrounding area: For those seeking all the facilities of a modern Spanish holiday, the villa is only a 15 minutes drive from the beach resort of Mojacar Playa. Small villages nearby provide open markets, supermarkets and restaurants with excellent tapas and lovely sea food. For golfers there are 4 courses within a short drive from the villa. For children, there is a water park and Mini Hollywood to visit and see where Clint filmed his Spaghetti Westerns.
Weekly linen change: Our local English contact will be in El Pinar for your assistance and will provide a weekly linen change, pool maintenance and cleaning between lets. You will arrive to a spotlessly clean villa with made up beds and a complimentary welcome pack in the fridge, comprising water, milk, orange juice, bread, spread, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of wine.

There are four golf courses within a short drive of the villa.
Valle Del Este Golf is an 18 hole PGA course situated just outside Vera. This desert course with island trees and fairways has some great changes of elevation and isolated tee positions making this course very exciting to experience. Opened only 3 years ago it is already established as one of Spain's unique courses. Approximate price guide (2004/05) £38 per round.
Marina Del Torre Golf, is a new and exciting Levante Alemeriense golf course, surrounded by Mediterranean seas, between Garrucha and Mojacar. The 18 hole course design includes three lakes strategically situated. The wonderful views change throughout the course. Approximate price range (2004/05) from £17 - £33 per round depending on the time of year.
Desert Springs Golf is situated between the reservoir at Cuevas del Almanzora and the charming fishing village of Villaricos. The springs, watercourses, dry river beds, rock , cactus areas and sand traps are strategically placed throughout the course. Desert Springs captures the essence of what it is that sets golf apart from other sports. Approximate price guide (2004/05) £44 per round.
Cortijo Grande Golf course was once a farming estate that has been transformed into a fabulous 9 hole golf course still abundant with oranges, lemons, grapes and figs. This is a very popular challenging course.
