Casa La Cuerda provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for groups of up to eight persons. The property is located in a peaceful countryside setting and is located just one kilometre from the traditional Spanish village of Bedar. The house is decorated in an appealingly traditional manner with simple white walls, terracotta flooring and azulejo tiling throughout, and all four bedrooms benefit from from air-conditioning. There are numerous patios and terraces from which to enjoy views of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

We stayed at Casa la Cuerda in September 2009. The villa itself was beautiful - exactly as the advert described and possibly better!! Very good standards of cleanliness and everything you need for a great holiday. We were able to visit the Ahlambra during our holiday and also various other towns and villages, particularly worth a trip is Mojacar. Kids loved the swimming pool - huge! Couple of good restaurants in Bedar and plenty of places to eat on the coast - recommend "Neptune" restaurant on the seafront of Mojacar/Garrucha - delicious seafood! Excellent communication from Ben from our initial contact to leaving the house - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending Casa la Cuerda - hope to return soon!

Casa la Cuerda is a superb villa that I have stayed at twice now with family and friends. It really is as attractive as the pictures show with bright spacious accommodation and an amazing hilltop location. The pool and terrace are the jewels in the crown and it is hard to imagine a more tranquil or spectacular setting for a villa.
The villa is presented to a high standard and was very clean on arrival both times we stayed.
The local village of Bedar is warm and friendly with basic amenities and local restaurants, and the beach at Mojacar playa is just a short drive away.
I would certainly firmly recommend Casa la Cuerda to friends and family alike and I would stay there again in the future. An ideal place to relax in the sun and get away from it all, experiencing the real Spain.
