Villa Regann is our private villa in over half an acre plot and recently totally refurbished. It has its own solar heated 9x4 pool with private sunbathing areas, uninterrupted panoramic views over mountains, valley & sea, equipped to be home from home, with three double bedrooms all with overhead fans, three bathrooms(two en-suite), spacious lounge with superb views, newly fitted large kitchen with large breakfast room, and a separate utility/storeroom, garage & covered car port. Recent improvements include Wireless broadband, central heating, double glazing, solar hot water, new water softening, security and much more. You have the use of two mountain bikes, videos, CD's, books and maps etc. Tranquil, secluded but not remote, El Pinar is a village with 60 villas, 300 metres high in the Sierra Filabres. A car is essential. WE LIMIT OCCUPANCY TO PARTIES OF 4 OR LESS. The price includes a 'starter pack' in the fridge on your arrival & all cleaning costs at the end of your stay.

• This villa is now available for rental again after a long period of Owner use and improvement.
  We ask for a £200 deposit at the time of booking and the balance 8 weeks before departure.

• The above weekly rates are based on a 2 week stay.
  For a single week (only out of high season) please add 10%.

The Mojacar Area

El Pinar, inland from Mojacar on the Costa Almeria, is 50 minutes from Almeria airport or 2 hours from Alicante, both motorway drives. This coast is the driest, warmest in Spain, average rainfall 11', more than 300 days of sunshine. Mojacar area is Spain as she used to be, villages in the hills, each with a small bar for drinks and tapas. Orange, lemon, almond and olive trees, goat herds, a slow way of life that is disappearing. The building code prohibits hotels of more than three storeys and so the coastline is one of the more pleasant in Spain. Golf, tennis, green bowling, horse riding are within a 15 minute drive and the 17 kilometres of beaches have wind surfing, scuba diving, jet skis etc. Stunning views from mountain drives or walks. Prehistoric caves at Sorbas, Roman and Moorish remains. Gold, silver, copper and lead were all mined in the past. See to believe. In future years, El Pinar will become a prestigious mountain resort - the new palm lined roadway is evidence.

Villa Regann, with open country around, has its own solar heated 9x4m pool and is situated at the end of a promontory yielding privacy and panoramic views over mountains, valley & sea. El Pinar is 300m high in the Sierra Filabres and 6 miles from the beaches. The village consists of around 70 individual villas on large plots plus a central Bar with enormous pool. The villa in a plot of over 1/2 acre is our private retreat into the sun - it has a fabulous position at the end of the road with superb views on two sides and it is not overlooked. Privacy and peace are assured. The patio areas have ample space for sunbathing, shaded areas to escape from too much sun – daytime breezes mean fewer bugs. Ideal for 'outside living' - even a 'drinks' fridge in the changing room. Our local agent in El Pinar will provide weekly pool maintenance and help with any unforeseen problems - no maid service. Tranquil, secluded but not remote – Villa Regann offers quality with spectacular views.

The detailed facilities at the Villa

Villa Regann is equipped to be home from home. Three double bedrooms, two en-suite plus a family bathroom - all with fitted cupboards and overhead fans. The lounge has 32” satellite LCD TV with BBC Channels, a built-in log fire, four sofas and a stereo CD/cassette/record player plus CD's, videos, maps, paperbacks & local guide books. A payphone and wireless Broadband with free access. The breakfast room has table seating for 6 and two leather couches. The new kitchen has a double sink, gas hob, electric oven, combined microwave/grill/oven and large fridge/freezer. All crockery/utensils are provided. The outside changing room has the washing machine and drinks fridge. Outside there are 3 terraces - front, side and rear . The balcony has sunbeds/loungers, patio tables, chairs and a built-in gas barbecue. The garage is available but it is easier to use the shaded car port. You have use of pool toys, binoculars and two mountain bikes.

Golf Information:

The local golf course is at Cortijo Grande about 4 miles away en route to the coast. It is situated in a 'green' valley within spectacular hills and very popular as a challenging course. Two new courses have recently been completed adjacent to Mojacar Playa.
