Villa in Mojacar, Costa de Almeria: My detached, high standard villa is only 150m from the unspoilt coastline of Mojacar Playa with bars, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Access is via well lit paved very quiet roads and offers secure off-road parking behind security gates. Bright, spacious rooms with mosquito screens to all windows, satellite TV, central heating, safe for valuables. air conditioning to down stairs bedroom, upstairs landing and lounge. Walled rear garden - 8m x 4m swimming pool. The garden overlooks mountains and Mojacar village - so picturesque at night. BBQ provided.The property benefits from lockable shutters at each of the doors and windows, providing high security. MOJACAR: a dazzling white hilltop village overlooks the sea on the Coata de Almeria. Brimming with narrow streets and squares this picturesque village reflects the Moorish influence, which has prevailed in Mojacar for many centuries. Beloved by artists and writers thought the ages, Mojacar's architecture, commanding views and unique charm will completely enchant and captivate you. Whether it's sailing, fishing, bowling, tennis or golf that takes your fancy, exploring the real Andalucia, or simply soaking up the sun on an uncrowded beach, you'll find it all in and around Mojacar. The main fiesta of the Moors and Christians - usually around the weekend of 6th June - is not to be missed and dominates the playa and village for the whole weekend. In contrast, the playa offers many attractions, bars and family restaurants all with breathtaking views of the sea or mountains. Mojacar is truly a place for the discerning holiday maker and a place you will want to revisit many times.

I have been to Mojacar with my family many times, but can say with all honesty that Casa Regis is a fantastic villa. This time we travelled with friends, between us had a four month old and an eighteen month old and a good time was had by all: the pool was just about swimmable in April, but there is no fence around the pool so little people have to be watched; there are great bbq facilities - you do have to provide the charcoal and fire lighters; and "In the Night Garden" was enjoyed by the children due to the satellite tv. The villa was like a home from home with all the facilities that you needed. The location was superb; it’s only a short walk to the beach, the supermarket and the beach bars and restaurants along the front.
