It has a commanding position overlooking the beautiful coastline, mountains and plains, uncluttered and unspoilt beaches. Numerous markets are within easy reach. Ideal for a family holiday or to experience the real undeveloped Spain. Mojacar is in no hurry to develop tourism - it prefers quality to quantity.

Location: Almeria airport 55 minutes drive, Alicante airport 1.75 hours drive and Murcia also 1.75 hours drive. There is an excellent bus service along the playa to Mojacar village and Garrucha, but we do recommended car hire if you wish to take advantage of the many places of interest to visit. SKIING: Winter visitors may wish to take advantage of the close facilities available in the Sierra Nevada - just 20 mins drive from Granada (which is approximately 1.75 hrs. drive from Mojacar).

Golf: SUPERB GOLF: 1 mile to Marina de la Torre 18 holes (par 72) with magnificent views along the coastline and mountains of Cabrera. 11 miles to Desert Springs 18 hole (par 72). 5 miles to Valle del Este 18 holes (par 73) and 13 miles to Cortijo Grande 9 holes set in mountains and orange groves. (all bookable)
