The house has a real Mediterranean feel and provides every comfort you might need to have a peaceful and relaxed Holiday in a beautiful rural environment. It is delightfully traditional and full of charm, with beamed ceilings and large spacious rooms. The gardens and private drive have secure parking with automatic gates.and the house is set in its' own grounds of 12 acres. We always ask our Guests when they leave if they think the Pool is private and the general consensus is one of yes, definitely private and very peaceful. As you can see from the photographs, to take full advantage of the spectacularly stunning views it is not enclosed and gives guests a 360 degree view of the landscape all around the house from the Drive to the Terraces to the Pool. The 8 x 4 m solar heated filtered private Pool, terrace and gardens are all South facing, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the sun and views all day in the seclusion of your Holiday home.

The location of the house is in the 'Sierra de las Estancias' which rivals some of the most breathtaking areas in the whole of Spain. You will be spoil for choice in deciding which Architectural and Historic sites you should visit. Both Cartagena and Granada are easily accessible for a day trip and on your doorstep, just 2 kilometers up the road there is the Saliente Monastery. It is a rare example of Baroque Architecture and the Restaurant not only offers excellent food/wine, but also wonderful views and Concerts in the Summer. If you want to dip your toes in the Sea, the whole coastline of Almeria has very diverse and enchanting beaches. Additional AIRPORTS: Alicante - 2 hrs: Murcia - 2 hrs: Malaga - 2 hrs 30 min.
