Small Villa, ideal for winter and summer holidays, located in a charming and green urbanization, like an oasis in the rustic landscape of Almeria, ideal for people looking for quiet and relaxing holidays. It's 500 meters, 8 minutes easy walk, to the centre of village and the sandy beaches by a new bulevard with garden, night lights and bicycle way. The house has two rooms, kitchen, washing room, living-dining room integrated with outside covered terrace of 40 m2 with garden and barbecue. A pleasant and comfortable covered terrace-garden is the most important area of any house in this warm region to enjoy the climate and the sunbathe. The solarium cover the whole house and have a covered pergola, hammocks and comfortable seats to relax and enjoy the sea and mountain view. You really enjoyed the ecology and scenery of our lands, being in touch with nature with a new accommodation proposal with 60 m2 of floor space and 100 m2 of roof terrace, garden and solarium. So you can live outside surrounded by garden and flowers and enjoy of ours landscape and to breathe in the pure air of our lands. The little villa is south and east oriented and is sunny all day. There are two tables and 6 chairs in the roof terrace, armchairs and 2 sun lounger in the solarium. The house totally is equipped for short and long stays, with air conditioned for summer and winter. The house is 500m (10 minutes walking) from the sundy beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. All the streets within the urbanization are pedestrian, through communitarian gardens, with communal parking to 50m of the house.

Service of collect and return to the airport : San Juan de los Terreros is 100 km from the airports of Almeria or Murcia. Service of collect and return to the airport available. Rent a car in San Juan de los Terreros.
