The villa occupies a unique hilltop position with absolutely stunning mountain & country views. There are no nearby neighbors and the surrounding countryside is quiet, secluded & abounds with wildlife, orange groves, mimosa & wild thyme. The villa faces southwest, and is ideally suited for both summer & winter with many terraces giving the option for all-day sun or shade as required

The villa is perfectly located for those wanting a private and secluded getaway yet it is only a 10-minute drive to the bustling village of Turre with its many shops & restaurants, and another 10 minutes will take you to the historic whitewashed village of Mojacar and its nearby sandy beaches. The Moorish village of Cabrera, which has 2 excellent restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away and the beautiful valley of Cortijo Grande with its picturesque 9-hole golf course is also a 5-minute drive. Granada and the Alhambra Palace is only a 3-hour drive away as is also winter ski-ing in the Sierra Nevadas.
