An upper floor apartment in gated complex comprising of: 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. (1 Double Bed, 2 Single beds); Private spacious solarium/roof terrace with mountain views; Lounge/dining area leading onto a private sun terrace. Bathroom, Fitted kitchen and separate laundry room with washing machine. The Apartment has Satellite TV with English channels, DVD player. Air Conditioning (cold & warm air) in the main lounge/ dining room. Electric radiators/ fans in the bedrooms and bathroom. Safe in main bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, Grill, 4 Ring hob, Microwave and Fridge. The complex has 2 communal pools and 2 children's pools set in attractive gardens. On site Restaurant and Supermarket (open Easter-September). Secure parking is available (at extra cost) or you can park outside the apartments. Near by is a small selection of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and banks

Vera Playa in Almeria boasts the hottest and driest climate in all of Spain. The region has an excellent climate for holiday makers who like guaranteed sunshine all year round and is ideal for spring and autumn visits and has regular temperatures of 30 degrees midday. Stunning scenery and mountain views in abundance and close to the Cabo de Gata National Park region with its picturesque beaches and crystal clear waters. Neighbouring the fishing village of Garrucha and the lively town of Mojacar with its idyllic mix of sugar cubed white washed buildings and winding streets with Moorish architecture overlooking the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountain ranges. Has 4 film sets you can visit in the Tabernas desert which were the setting for the Spaghetti Westerns. Fantastic beaches throughout the area. Close to all amenities. A shuttle bus can be booked from Almeria airport to the complex via our agent.

| Notes: | Apartment is on first floor landing and has private terrace and solarium. There is an on site Bar/Restaurant and shop (open Easter - Sept) set in tropical gardens. Hot and cold air conditioning in main lounge/dining area. Electric fans and radiators in both bedrooms. Electric radiator in bathroom. 2 clothes driers for airing clothes on roof terrace. Secure parking is available for an additional cost or you can park outside the complex area (although this is not guaranteed in peak season). NO SMOKING anywhere inside the apartment although smoking is permitted on the terrace and roof solarium. The solarium has 4 sun lounger’s and table & chairs to seat 8 people. YOU CAN USE THE VERA BEACH INDOOR POOL, GYM & TENNIS COURTS FOR A SMALL FEE. A home from home feel. |
How to get there
Although a car is not necessary, we recommend renting a car to see the beautiful Almeria area. Vera Playa is approx 50 mins drive up the coast from Almeria airport or 2 hours down the coast from Alicante and 1 hours 10 mins from Murcia airport using new toll motorway which costs about €11.50. Cheap flights: easyjet, monarch, BA, Ryan air. Vera Playa is adjoining Garrucha -a fishing village famous for its fish restaurants & its daily catch displayed at 5pm. It is a 10 minute drive down the coast from Mojacar.
Vera Playa - Near Garrucha/Mojacar
Good local bus service from near complex to Garrucha, Mojacar and Vera. 5 mins to VERA PLAYA WATER PARK and local GOLF COURSES, 7 km of sandy Vera Playa beaches - walk along the promenade to Garrucha. Local markets, Scuba diving and fishing at Villaricos - a 10 minute drive away.
