The house is situated in an area around privately owned houses. Las Negras is a village in the centre of the Nature Park ' Cabo de Gata- Nijar'. The apartment has a very nice view into the nature and it is situated in a quiet surrounding, with 2 terraces, living room with American kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, TV, Stereo, Washing machine in the house. To the beach and into the village are bars, restaurants, a small supermarket and shops. In the region there are many nice natural beaches, Fauna and Flora is similar to a desert Resort with fantastic light and Atmosphere. Nice to have a good glass of Spanish wine in the evening.
