Photos and Description of this Roquetas de Mar holiday apartment 2 Bedrooms, both with king size beds, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4

Penthouse apartment fully equipped with quality furnishings. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with matching bedside cabinets. The bathroom is full size, with bidet and shower fitting over the bath. The kitchen is also fully fitted and includes fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob extractor fan and washing machine. The living-room looks out onto a large balcony, again equipped with outside table and chairs. However, should you wish the privacy to relax and take the sun, there is a large roof solarium. A full size swimming pool and children's paddling pool are located in the centre of the apartments. There are two large supermarkets close-by, with a small supermarket just minutes away.

Roquetas is 40 minutes drive from Almeria airport, a popular resort set against a beautiful mountain backdrop, with miles of uncrowded sandy beaches. Although modern, it still preserves its classic Spanish charm. There are many excellent restaurants, lively bars, shops and a busy fishing harbour. Roquetas has something for everyone.

Lovely beautiful and sunny appartment, well furnished, and equiped.
great terrace perfect for barbecues and sunbathing.
few minutes walking from the beach and supermarkets.
the paseo maritimo is great to visit in the evening: many tapas bars and restaurants with local food.
aircon in every bedroom was very helpful.
there are always places in the parking (in the street).
Linda and James are very nice and very helpful persons,

First class property. Clean and well maintained.
The air conditioning was a godsend in the 35 degrees constant heat.

Well equipped, within a nice complex with average sized swimming pool.

Highly recommended.
