Brand new penthouse apartment with spacious sun terrace and sea view (5 minutes walk to the beach). Quiet area but within fifteen minutes walk of restaurants and nightlife. Fully furnished and equipped with Satellite TV (English Stations), DVD and CD player. Bathroom equipped with bath / shower and bidet. Outdoor adult swimming pool and children’s paddling pool situated within the apartment complex. Ample parking spaces. Port with fish restaurants 15 minutes stroll or town centre 15 minutes in opposite direction. A choice of supermarkets between 3 and 10 minutes walk and a major shopping centre within 10 minutes drive. Playa Serena golf course only 3 Kilometres away. Nearest Airport Almeria, 20 minutes drive, with flights from Easyjet, Flybe, BA, Ryanair, Excel and Monarch. Car hire is available from the airport or locally. Alternatively take a taxi (approx Euros 35) and all you need is within walking distance of the apartment.

Roquetas de Mar is situated 25 km west of Almeria and 160 km East of Malaga. To the west are the Sierra Nevada Mountains, these protect the area from bad weather so the climate is pleasant all year round. Rainfall in this area is scarce and so the sun shines for 320 days a year. Roquetas de Mar is also popular amongst golfers of all standards and has a choice of courses within a 15 minute drive. The wide promenade in Roquetas is popular with walkers, roller bladders, joggers and bikers. The sandy beach stretches for miles is popular with bathers. The local port offers trips including the glass bottom boat and has an early morning fish market for seafood fans. Excursions are popular including ancient Granada and the spectacular Alhambra palace. The Cabo de Gata area of natural beauty is only a short journey away. For the children and young at heart there is Mini Hollywood theme park and zoo, and a local water park.
