This is an immaculate fully furnished penthouse apartment fully equipped for 6 people. Lounge with bed settee, dining table & quality furniture. Satellite TV & DVD player are installed for your entertainment. There is a large balcony, equipped with terrace furniture and two sun lounges plus a barbeque. The apartment faces south east with sea views and so benefits from the sun all day. There is also an extra large roof terrace with panoramic views of both the sea and mountains. Bedrooms are tastefully furnished as is the bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer, oven, hob and extractor. A communal full size swimming pool along with a children’s paddling pool and garden area are located in the centre of the apartments. There is a total of eight lifts providing easy access for wheelchairs and prams. The building is very secure as it’s only accessible by key holders. The apartment has its own underground secure parking.

The beautiful area of Roquetas De Mar (Little Rock by the Sea) is a blue flag resort which still holds its traditional Spanish charm. Roquetas has something for everybody, miles of unspoiled sandy beach with shower facilities. The promenade is flat which is ideal for walking with wheelchairs and prams. Excellent restaurants, lively bars where you can still get free tapas are all within a five minute walk. Numerous supermarkets are a two minute walk. Fish restaurants can be found at the harbour where children can play safely as there is no road all the local Spanish families can be found there especially on a Sundays. Almeria airport which is served by all the low-cost airlines, it’s approximately 35 minutes from Roquetas, transport can be arranged. The town boasts three excellent golf courses, an aqua-park and there is also a mini Hollywood where the spaghetti westerns were filmed. Other activities such as fishing, water skiing and boat trips are all available.

My husband,myself and our 2 kids (11 and 12) stayed at this TINY apartment..booked via this website.. in July 2006...Please note, there is NO AIR-CONDITIONING.....The location was 'FINE' ...not far from beach,shops and restaurants...Did I mention that the apartment was tiny and had....NO AIR-CONDITIONING.....
This apartment is in a Spanish residential complex.
The swiming pool is CLOSED during siesta.No chairs or sunbeds are available or allowed in the area of the pool. .....We stayed 3 days and because the apartment was so small,had no air-conditioning and was NOT suitable for our family holiday, we booked into a hotel for the remaining 10 nights...BEST DECISION EVER.....booking into the hotel....not staying at this apartment !
Probably suitable for people looking to sample a typical Spanish residential complex.
