Self-catering rental with large pool & childrens pool, right on the beach

Pete & Lynne have had this ground floor, self contained apartment from new. Its on the beach front, with stunning views of pool, sea & mountains & located only a short drive/40 minute walk along the seafront promenade to the main port/marina of Almerimar. Furnished to a high standard with 2 single beds to master bedroom & a high quality bed settee lends itself to the tasteful decor in the living room. Bed linen, cutlery, crockery & glassware are provided. The kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances needed for that comfortable leisurely break. TV/DVD. The terrace is accessible from the bedroom & living room where you can sit and enjoy your meals whilst overlooking the pool and surrounding gardens. The complex boasts a large pool (with separate pool for small children), paddle tennis courts, childrens play area & access across the promenade to beach/sea. To the front of the property is the beautiful lake Victoria providing watersports. Private parking. Car recommended.

Almerimar is situated in the province of Almeria, only an hour from the snows of Sierra-Nevada. More people are discovering the beaches, the sun and the natural beauty of this area. If you are looking for a relaxed way of life, free from stress, in a healthy environment, then Almerimar is for you. It has a port-marina/fishing harbour, an 18 hole golf course (with all necessary facilities - hire of clubs, buggies, shop) and many bars/restaurants to cater for all tastes & budgets. There are excellent water sporting activities available. As Almerimar is only 1 hour from the snows of Sierra-Nevada it is possible to go skiing in the morning then return to the beach in the afternoon. Almeria's climate is subtropical, Mediterranean, warm & dry and holds the title of being the Andalucian city with the most hours of sun a year, a total of over 3000. There is a large shopping complex, cinema & go-karting track just 5 minutes drive away and the beautiful town of El Ejido is a 15 minute drive.

The apartment is secure with entry via a central reception area. Whilst the complex is just outside of the marina, the promenade which is illuminated at night, makes for a beautiful stroll along the beach front day and night.

For the golf enthusiasts the beautiful 18 hole Gary Player designed golf course with brand new club house in Almerimar is also accompanied by a further 3 courses in the area, all within 20 minutes drive, which makes for a challenging weeks holiday.

With its selection of bars, cafes and restaurants, the port of Almerimar is a beautiful relaxing place to watch the world go by.

Excellent hollidays in this appartment

This were probably the best holidays we have spent. We intend to stay for 1 week and end up staing 2 weeks (after talking to owner) which are excellent people to talk and to do business with.
The appartment is very nice, clean,confortable and quiet. The swimming pool is wonderful, with life guard, permanent security 24h/day. Beautiful gardens. Everything is near (but i recomend car) neighbourhood is peacefull and ok to take a walk, taking cameras with no problems. Good to ride a bike, rooler-blades, side-drift a.s.o.
We loved and recomend to all.
