This duplex is part of a small complex of 12 houses, sharing an enticing large pool and surrounded by gardens, with lawns and  a common barbecue area. It is 10 min walk to the nearest beach , and also very close to the wonderful unspoilt beaches from the Natural Park. The village centre is about 15 min. walk, or 5 min. by car. The house has wonderful sea views, a well-sized terrace with  views over San José and the bay, and  patios with its own barbecue, for dining al fresco.It has  recently been completely renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine,dishwasher,oven, microwave..), together with  all modern conveniences provided so that your holiday in San José will be the most enjoyable experience. A semi detached house on two levels. On the lower level there is an open plan living/dining room, a well sized all round terrace(with barbecue) and small patio adjacent to the kitchen, which leads to the swimming pool

attached house in two levels, on the lower level it has a livingroom with wonderfulseaview, and with fireplace, a well siced terrace, the kitchedn, and a little patio, which leads to the swimmingpool area, and the common barbeque. On the iupper level, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has seaviews and a showeroom ensuite, and the second bedroom looks to the garden area. On the second bathroom there is a bath. Both bedroom have got airconditioned with warm and cold air.

San José is the heart of the Cabo de Gata- Nijar Natural Park and is  surrounded by unspoilt countryside and beautiful  beaches It is  ideal location for swimming, walking, and is inspirational for many artists. The Marina,caters for a variety of watersports,sailing boat rentals , diving clubs, and windsurfing. There is a wide selection of restaurants, shops, banks and an Information Centre in the town. San Jose remains a very peaceful place, where you can disconnect from the world but still only 40 km from Almería, a bustling city with a wealth of attractions including 'La Alcazaba' . Close by is the Tabernas desert and 'Mini Hollywood', where the Sergio Leone 'Spagetti Westerns ' were filmed. Granada and the Sierra Nevadas  are about 3 hours  drive .In Almeria there are Easter 'Procesiones' and in Summer there is the 'Feria de Agosto'.  Other interesting places are Nijar, the old gold mines in Rodalquilar, and the village of Cabo de Gata itself to see the flamingos.
