A stunning, modern villa, which sleeps 8 people, beautifully furnished with private swimming pool.(not overlooked) The villa is finished to a very high standard and combines Spanish styling with all the comforts of modern living. The interior has a large modern kitchen with all the appliances you would expect. The dining table accommodates 8.There are 2 x double bedrooms and 1 x twin bedroom with air conditioning and heating. 1 x en-suite shower room and 1 x master bathroom. The spacious lounge has a sofa bed, sofa, satellite TV installation with BBC, ITV etc. There is a large patio area to the rear of the property surrounding the pool. A fruit orchard to the side comprising lemon, orange, apple, apricot and plum trees. An exterior table tennis & bar football area. The front drive accommodates numerous cars and a large garage to provide shade. There is a roof terrace, with stone table and chairs which provides spectacular views in the day and of the stars at night.

Cielo Claro is situated on a hill, in the village of la Cueva opposite the old town of Arboleas. The surrounding area is hilly, lots of fruit trees & the villages are typically Spanish. Arboleas is located at the edge of the Andalucian border with Murcia prov. The town is 10 mins from the Mediterranean motorway, travelling north from Heurcal Overa. The coastal resorts of Mojacar & Garrucha are 25 mins. & 30 mins drive to the south. Here you can visit sandy beaches, a water park with rock climbing, ab-sailing & trampoline activities. There are local golf courses & horse riding. The luxury golf courses of Desert Springs & Val de Este are 30 mins away. The market towns of Albox & Zurgena are situated 10 mins. drive. Granada is 1hr 30 mins away, which accommodates the famous Alhambra palace. Sierra Nevada for skiing is 2 hrs to the summit. The villa offers a holiday away from the bustling tourist resorts, which are still accessible if required. Mini-Hollywood is 1 hrs. drive west.

More information: There are staff who live locally who will greet you on arrival and show you how every thing worksThey are on call should you require them throughout your stay. They will also maintain and keep the pool clean, which has to be done on a regular basis. The swimming pool can generally be used from May to September and depending on the weather from April to October. The swimming pool is covered with a chid proof cover during the winter months. The villa is very children friendly and has secure high walls surrounding the complete perimeter. The surrounding grounds to the property are extensive and secluded, not overlooked. There is also a spacious garage, which is useful during the hot summer months.
