APARTMENTS NEAR FANTASTIC BEACH
Los Veleros is a new modern residential development of exceptional quality, situated on a communal complex, ideal for children, with a marvellous swimming pool (open 1st June to 15th September), gardens and putting green. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There are two bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a living room. It has a large terrace with two patio tables and six chairs which overlooks the pool/garden area. There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board plus all linen and towels. The beach, (one of the best in Andalucia) has 7km of golden sand, shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. Chiclana is a beautiful town, the climate is ideal and you can visit many typical villages in the area, the wine cellars in Jerez, famous for its sherries and its horses and the historical city of Cádiz founded by the phoenicians is only a 15 minutes drive away.

This is a very comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a large terrace with table and chairs which looks out on to the gardens and swimming pool. At night the swimming pool lights up and you can hear the waves.

Costa Sancti Petri (Chiclana) is situated in the province of Cadiz, 120 km from Gibraltar and the nearest airport is in Jerez which is 50 km away. Jerez is a beautiful city to visit, it is not just a city of wines and beautiful buildings, it has much more to offer than that. It is the home of the Cathusian horses, the cradle of flamenco art and is declared to be of Artistic and Historical interest. Jerez is a unique city which makes it the perfect place to live and visit with modern large shopping centres and wide avenue and with a cheerful and bustling city centre, where shopping and tapas go hand in hand. Sanlucar and the unrivalled National Park of Doñana is only a short drive away.

Golf Information: - The two most important golf in Chiclana are : - Novo Sancti Petri - New golf complex designed by Severiano Ballesteros, has 36 holes, three lakes. Holes 10 to 18 are bordered by pine trees without water hazards and occupies nearly 400 hectares at the magnificent beach of La Barrosa. -Lomas De Sancti Petri is located on the highest part of the beach area and is adjacent to the Novo Sancti Petri golf course. This golf course was designed by Champion golfer Manuel Piñeri and was developed by Target Engine.
Horse riding: the length and beauty of the beaches make them ideal for a long horse ride. There are private clubs, where you can hire good horses and the right equipment. Chiclana is a beautiful town, with one of the best beaches in the area. It has 7 km of golden sand. The climate is ideal and you can visit many typical villages in the area, the wine cellars in Jerez, famous for its sherries and its horses. The gastronomy is also first class

Our stay in Costa de la Luz has been brilliant, all the little towns and villages we have visited have met our expectations. As far as the apartment is concerned, it is the best equipped by far, of any apartment we have every stayed in. The beaches in the area are second to none, that we have ever seen in Spain or anywhere else for that matter. T & G
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at 'Chiclana de la Frontera!' The apartment was very comfortable and well maintained with good facilities. The location is ideal for the beach & local shops are easily accessible. T & N
This is our first time in Spain and the first time staying in an apartment like this. It really is much comfier and cosier than a hotel. We were very satisfied with everything. We drove around a lot and saw unbelievably beautiful places. The Spanish people are very friendly and helpful - even though none of us speaks Spanish, we always managed. A & M
