Sotogrande.: Sotogrande estate comprises, besides three golf courses with villas in the surrounding areas; the beach area where the penthouse is situated. From the penthouse a stroll though the landscape gardens brings one directly to the sea. The Penthouse has a large lounge area with sliding glass windows onto a very spacious relaxing terrace which directly overlooks the sea. The main bedroom with ensuite bathroom are both large and airy. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own bathroom. The large fully equipped kitchen has an outside attached area for washing and drying. For the winter months it is centrally heated with an open fireplace.
Golf.: The penthouse is situated in the ideal position to visit the many premier golf courses in this area. Sotogrande, Valderrama, San Roque, Alcaiasa, La Canada and Almenara. All along this coast line are many more courses.
Skiing.: Just 2 to 3 hours away the Sierra Nevadas offer world class skiing.
